  Just about two years after JSI installed my roof, I had a couple shingles slide off by my pool. They came right out and fixed it no problem. Right at the five year mark, I had two more slide off and hit my brand new truck causing damage to the paint. Thank God it wasn’t a person, but JSI quickly told me it wasn’t their problem, that my workmanship warranty had just expired. I actually have a video of the shingles sliding off and onto my truck. I wish I could upload it here, but happy to share with anyone thinking about using these guys! I was able to get a screenshot of it mid flight. I had my roof inspected and was told by one of their own employees that they had over pressured their nail guns and the small head nails the used went right through the shingles!! STAY AWAY FROM JSI!

  As the homeowner and custom home builder, I wanted to followup with a post about my experience with JSI and team. James and his dad, Jim, both were very attentive to details, payed close attention to my concerns, and put a lot of effort into making my complicated roof project was taken care of to a level which most contractors most likely would have never been able to meet. I was highly impressed with his energy, honesty, integrity and communications. We are approaching the 11 year anniversary of our move in and our roof's shingles started coming apart. We were just outside of our full 10 year manufacturer warranty but JSI (James) assisted me by sending over one of his roofing guys to take a look at the roof. They all agreed that there was something wrong and we contacted GAF who admitted that there was indeed something wrong with the roof. Granule loss was at the level of a 20 year old plus roof and a shiny edge was appearing on the shingles. The roof could have waited a little longer, but if you know me, I want to do things right and I decided it was time to replace the roof. GAF was solid on their admission and approved a partial payment but due to being about a year outside of the manufacturing warranty, they pro-rated the roofing materials voucher at about 1/5 of the value. It was better than nothing and to be honest, more than they had too. The paid for about 20 percent of the cost of the shingles, or roughly. The roof was costly due to the extreme pitches and large surface area, over 9,500 square feet. I took some time to do a very important in-depth review and analysis of the project and had several others bid the roof and met with them all. I was amazed to find fraud and a severe lack of integrity in a few of them and some that just wanted to through a roof on without even a real understanding of their products or the application of the product nor the science or engineering behind them.   In 2021, JSI Roofing Roofing replaced our roof, painted the siding, and did some construction work. I was very happy with the way the work was conducted, and the end result. Their pricing was competitive.

  JSI roofing is the best. They did several of our roofs and did a wonderful job on all of them. They are very honest people and do more than just roofs which is so nice when you need other things done to your home. They were very thorough and finished on time with no delays. Had zero issues with them. They respond to text and phone calls immediately and always there when you need them. I highly recommend this company
