The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for JRZ Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning

Finally found a company willing to repair a roof rather than replace it. The folks take their time to do it correctly and I appreciate it. It's been 3 months since the repair and both leaks are sealed. Strongly recommend.

The transformation is unreal! First picture is before, the other 2 were after. I love the way this turned out. JRZ definitely mastered everything I asked for, and then some. Highly recommend them for any job. Will definitely recommend them …

1. I am very picky. 2. We had an outstanding experience with this roofing company from start to finish. Lacho was professional, polite, and genuinely easy to work with. He showed up when he said he would, kept everything organized, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. What really stood out was how clean he kept the job site the whole time—no mess left behind. He was friendly, honest, respectful, and clearly took pride in his work. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We were always kept informed, any questions we had were answered quickly, and there were no surprises. 3. If you’re looking for a roofing company that actually delivers on what they promise, this is the one. Highly recommend JRZ roofing. Kelly Smith

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 8 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 8, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on JRZ Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
