  Call for an estimate they gave me a 5-day wait period. then 5 days later in 10 minutes before my schedule appointment that I had to take work off for they canceled. Totally unreliable and unprofessional as well as bad business ethics

  South Shore roofing replaced the roofs at our apartments. They failed to pay their subcontractors and the apartments were liened. It has been months and South Shore has still not paid the subcontractor and had the lien removed! BEWARE!

  We paid all of our subcontractors in full on this project - and we were paid in full on this project from the clients based in Florida! The issue on this job was one of our subcontractor's used a subcontractor without a written agreement - and he did not want to pay him the amount he requested, so the sub of the sub liened the property. We did everything we could to figure this out for everyone involved - except we weren't going to pay $8000 to a subcontractor who we did not hire, who was also being unreasonable and demanding 4x the agreed upon price he started with. As of now it is to my knowledge everything is satisfied here. I wish this didn't happen, and it will never happen on any residential project - that is impossible. But for the next large commercial project we do, we will do extreme due diligence on the project management level to ensure everyone has signed agreements between each other and is clear on what is being done and for how much money. We have made mistakes - but they turn into solutions that are fixed permanently into the future!

  The finished product of the roof was great. On the other hand, the crew and the lack of respect they had, along with not being contacted about a TWO DAY delay did not please me with this company. The A/C unit outside the house has scratches and dents all in it were you can see the shingles hitting it as they threw them from the roof tearing it down. Again, the work is good work, but the customer service and respect of the home I experienced was very unsatisfactory.

  We were never notified of any incident that occurred. Our team would’ve had this handled quickly and appropriately.   Everyone that we worked with at South Shore was amazing! They were always responsive and patient with us and our scheduling needs. They got the repairs on the roof done and they were respectful and cleaned up very well afterwards. We will definitely use South Shore for any future roofing projects we might have!

  We were impressed with this roofing company from the very first meeting. Their presentation was clear and professional, and that same level of excellence carried through the entire project. The crew was efficient, dependable, and showed real respect for our property throughout the installation. Communication was excellent at every stage, and we always felt informed and confident in the work being done. Our new roof looks fantastic, and the experience was truly top notch. Highly recommended.

  I use a lot of Sub-contractors these guys where very knowledgeable, very clean, professional. I didn't need to baby sit them and they punch out all of there own work making much easier for myself to finish the job up quicker. Definitely highly recommend them if you doing a roof or gutters. Great job guys!

  Everyone on the crew and office are incredibly professional and willing to help with any and all questions we had. They took plenty of pictures and were more than happy to walk through the process with us. They were fast and everything has that professional look on it.   Full roof replacement as there was a good bit of damage and poor roof installation from original builders. Good communication with personal calls and even follow-up communication months after the installation to be sure we were happy with the results. 10/10, would recommend!

Brenden made sure I understood every step of the process and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. Also, thank you to Dawson, my project manager, for overseeing the entire project with such attention to detail. He kept me in the loop every step of the way, and his commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout. The team of Brett and Josh Adams, my production coordinators, were incredibly organized and ensured that everything was scheduled and executed on time.   We had a wonderful experience working with South Shore Roofing! They did a spectacular job putting on our roof. They put screens up so as not to harm our shrubbery and others items. They cleaned up afterwards and we didn’t have to do a thing. We also got a lot of compliments on our new roof! Thank you Brett and your team!
