  Keystone Roofing especially Tyler is responsible for any problems with my Velux skylight. I was told that he had a “death in the family“, and that’s why he was three weeks late, are you serious? My mother died two weeks ago. And though I know it’s hard, I don’t believe it, and you still have a business to run. He then said that he would call on Tuesday and nothing. They have no interest in Velux service. For this, I would not trust them to do anything with my roof.

  I had an appoitment with this company for an estimate. They never showed up nor called. Perhaps they don't want my business. I will look elsewhere.

  November 12th: edited to add that the problem we had with our roof/chimney was a multi-pronged problem. And if we had been aware of this sooner we could have had this fixed before more interior water damage occurred. 💔 I would never …

  I am a real estate agent in Savannah, Georgia, and I called Coastal Roof GA to ask some questions regarding a clients roof structure and Alan could not have been any more helpful. He went through the inspection report with me to look at the photos and provided all the information that I needed to know. I will definitely be pointing future buyers and sellers to this company for estimates For roof work.

  Tyler is my go to for my roofs at the property I manage. He responds quickly and he is also very effective with his work. He cleans our gutters on a bi yearly basis and he is very responsive when I have any sort of roof leaks. He is the real deal! So happy to have him as my vendor

  We had found leaks and had them repaired. When we found another, it was necessary to get the roof replaced. The care and professionalism impressed us. Keystone did an incredible job. They found another place that was bad that was not obvious yet. Great timing. I would recommend these people highly.

  They were very professional & helpful. While building our accessory building, they noticed a section of ridge missing on our main roof. They took the time to come back out before a storm to make sure it was fixed. I would highly recommended!

  I could not be happier with my beautiful new roof, and I have John Aderhold and his fantastic crew to thank for it. John was so helpful throughout the entire process. He kindly answered all my questions and made everything virtually stress free. He provided knowledgeable guidance that made decisions like choosing shingles easier. He also got me on the schedule quickly. On installation day, the crew came early and worked efficiently without sacrificing quality. It was wonderful to come home to an awesome new roof and a clean yard! The house has been transformed. Beyond aesthetics, I have no doubt that it will provide solid protection for decades to come. I’m pleased with my experience and will highly recommend Keystone Roofing to others. Thanks again!
