  Worst experience ever! Noone on job who “understands” fluent English. Came and checked on roof install middle of day and this is what I found during and after I returned end of day when job was SUPPOSE to be complete. Fascia knocked loose - nailed bk with roofing nails - had to point out to use finishing nails. Sloppy work- filled cracks 1/2 in wide in one place- other gaps are still present -I could put my fingers in -with caulk- really? Hole in soffit left unrepaired. Old removed satellite dish left hanging by cord off roof. Walked roof line with Jacob Spivey and pointed out these problems and he said no problem we can do woodwork. So I call him and he asks , “ why did I call him?” REALLY? HE CLOSED this agreement with full knowledge of repairs needed. Oh yeah- they hauled off my left over new unused plywood that was part of my roof purchase. I could keep writing!!!

  Christopher Stephens of Best Choice Roofing came to give me an estimate on a new roof. He carefully inspected my roof, showed me pictures, and answered every question I had. He explained everything clearly. And his quote was excellent. I look forward to working with Chris. He's the best! Thank you, Chris! EDIT REVIEW: Chris did a good job. Not so much Best Choice Roofing. I never heard from Best Choice regarding scheduling or even getting materials for over 10 weeks; NOT ONE WORD! No emails, no phone calls, nothing. I tried calling them repeatedly with no response. I finally got through to a young man who said he would check the schedule and call me back. Never heard from him. So I canceled. I think Best Choice has problems. P.S. Chris isn't with them anymore.

  Two reps rode by and said they noticed some damage. They asked if they could view my roof for hail damage. I agreed. I had no leaks prior to their visit. They tried to file a claim for hail damage with my insurance. The claim was denied. Now one month later it is raining in my living room. Dont let these people on your roof they will cause damage in hopes of creating a new customer!

  These are some of the most understanding and Community conscience roofing company I have ever experienced or had anything to do with their heart and business is with our community and their craftsmanship and quality is top shelf. I recommend this refund company do anyone that has been affected by the storms or just need everyday repair. I could not have asked for a better experience. Please show your appreciation and give them your business they really deserve it. Keep up the good work.

  Best Choice Roofing did a fantastic job replacing the shingles on my house with a high quality product in just two days and I have a large house ! Dominique the salesman took extra care to make sure the job was carefully done right and the whole crew did a professional job. I highly recommend this company.

  Shortly after a tornado I had some damage to my roof and a young man came up to me while I was sitting on my porch and explained how he could help get my insurance to pay for most of the cost of a replacement of my roof. He wasn't pushy at all and he was very well informed even though he said it was his first day on the job and I was his first customer interaction. I told him if he could come back the next day with a quote and to help walk me through it with my insurance I would go with them. The quote the next day was very reasonable and they got my insurance to cover over half of a total roof replacement and upgrade. When it actually came down to it the workers were incredibly fast and tidy and I barely noticed they had been there when they were finished except for the very well built new roof. They also gave me a lifetime warranty on the roof so I'm not worried about it ever again. Solid, reliable, honest, and hard working. I couldn't recommend anyone else as much as I can recommend these people.
