  I had damage done from hurricane helene, I contacted Tyson Brooks who owns this company, he told me he would tarp my roof for $650 and give me an estimate. I told him I would be home around 2 and that would be fine. His team showed up at around 11 when I wasn't home, said they wouldn't leave without payment. So I venmo'd him the money not knowing what was happening, just wanting my kids room to stop leaking as you could see daylight in there. When I arrived home there was men on the roof and nails all over the ground my family and I went inside to let them finish. A little while later we went out, they were gone, the nails (over 20) were all over the ground behind the tires of my car just scattered. We picked them up, and looked at the roof, only half was tarped and you could still see daylight in my kids room. I tried to contact Tyson about my estimate, after a WEEK, of no answer, I brought up the tarping not being done and the nails everywhere, he said "Those nails were already there" and said "to find someone else to do my sloppy work" 🙃 I have photo evidence of all of this if anyone needs proof. This company preys on people and doesnt know how to respect their customers! Beware and stay away!!!! He sent my money back later. Update: several hours later, Tyson called and began texting using threatening language and attempting to manipulate me into taking down my review. All I did was give a honest review of my experience, I'm sure most people have a good experience with this company but I did not. All I did was review my experience which is what this is for 🤷‍♀️ as I'm writing this, he's still texting. Ive gotten a refund our business is over but he won't stop.

  Dont ever call me again to ask me if i want an estimate. Or for anything else. If i need a roofer i will call one myself. Stay away from my property. I am going to find out who I can report this to.

  Prime just completed a paint project for the entire complex. It included painting buildings, doors, walkway floors and ceilings. The workmanship was superior. Tyson Post was awesome and on top of every phase of the three-month project.

  Demo and installation were outstanding! The crew was so knowledgeable and informed me every step of the way. Everything was just perfect. The crew left no screws behind, picked up all thrash , and discarded damaged metal. We need more companies like Prime Roofing and Restoration! I was beyond happy!

  We used PRR for our new roof and are SO happy! Tyson Post did an incredible job and was a great project manager. He was on the job site and easy to get ahold of if I had any questions. He communicated often with photos and any updates we needed. Additionally, our previous roof had a good bit of water damage, and the team did an immaculate job making our roof and house look beautiful! We are so happy and highly recommend PRR and Tyson!
