We had our roof replaced in October of 2025 and the whole process was very professional the estimator who did are quote explained the whole process and was very informative about the various materials offered and included a buffer in the quote for additional material. The crew that replaced the roof was on-time each day took photos of each step of repair and problem areas that needed addressing keeping me informed the whole time, precautions were taken to insure no leftover debris remained on property and landscaping went undisturbed. Ultimately the finished product was impeccable im certain the roof will hold up for the duration of its intended life cycle and many years after. Unfortunately after completion of the job the following day my spouse noticied damage to a window that was not present before roof replacement. I spoke with a representative (possibly the owner) about the issue and was assured he would come out an "inspect the damages and be able to determine if they had caused them" that was the last we heard of them. I will update review if this changes.

Thank you for the detailed review and for noting our estimator and crew — I’m glad the roof replacement otherwise met expectations. I’m very sorry about the window damage and that we failed to follow up; that is not the level of service we aim to provide. I will personally locate your job file and have our service manager contact you within 48 hours to schedule an on-site inspection and, if we caused the damage, arrange prompt repair or compensation. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will make this right.

Made an appointment for someone to come and quote a replacement for our front door. Nobody ever showed up. When trying to call to figure out what happened the front desk associate said she would call us right back and get it figured out. Never heard from her. Really surprising considering they did a phenomenal job in the past for our roof.

JP Construction did an absolutely phenomenal job on our roofing project. From start to finish, their professionalism, workmanship, and attention to detail were top-notch. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean and organized throughout the entire process. The quality of the roof is exceptional—you can immediately tell they take pride in their work and don’t cut corners. Jeff and his crew explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were completely satisfied before wrapping up the job. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and highly skilled construction company for roofing work, I cannot recommend JP Construction enough. Truly an excellent experience and results that exceeded expectations!

During January 2025 ice storm, my gutters and downspout and a piece of the framing of my house was ripped off due to the giant icicles forming. I called 5 different Construction Companies to help me repair this problem. Only one company …

Brian and his crew did a wonderful job. All work was done as promised. Very malicious about cleaning up after the job (not one single nail was found!). Great price and great work. Highly recommend!

FANTASTIC company to work with. From the estimate done by Jacob to the day the crew showed up to do our roof, a great, professional company. Worked fast and didn’t leave a single nail or shingle behind. Treated our flowers and shrubs with care also. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this group for your next roofing or siding job.

These guys are top notch! Just put a new roof on my house. Very, very thorough and professional. They fit me into their schedule within two weeks. Not only does my roof look awesome but they left my yard in better shape than it was when they got here. Paid exactly what I was quoted! Awesome company wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

An aging roof doesn't always announce itself with an obvious leak. Sometimes it's curling shingles, granules in the gutters, or soft spots around flashings — signs that are easy to miss until water is already inside your home. JP Construction offers free roof inspections for homeowners across the Buffalo area. Our roofing contractor team will give you a straight answer on the condition of your roof and what your options are. 🔍 And if you do need a full replacement, we'll include gutters at no extra charge. Schedule your inspection today.Jul 29, 2026Book
