This is a year too late but this company came up in a conversation and I figured I had to write this overdue review. Came highly recommended by my neighbor so I decided to call after a storm damaged my siding. Promised to come out after a long winded conversation about how things cost more in expensive neighborhoods. I live in Clarendon Hills, I get there is some up charge based on neighborhood but to suggest a higher prices even before coming seemed absurd, but I needed a repair so asked him to come anyway. Ghosted me after promising to come out, twice. Didn’t reply to my phone call after the second time.

JNO Roofing did a fantastic job installing my new Gutters. The installers were very professional and did a good job of cleaning up. Previously JNO Roofing installed a new roof on my house and it looks great. Thank you, JNO Roofing

We had such a good experience working with JNO Roofing. Jim is great, so personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to… he was always available, taking him only a few minutes to respond to a phone call. I wasn’t sure what color to go with, we went with what he suggested, and we are so happy! The new roof really updated the whole look of our house! Brett was great to work with as well! They did such good work and the team finished the job so quickly! They also cleaned up really well when the work was done. It was a great working with their team, and we would definitely use them again! We highly recommend JNO Roofing!!

We are coming up on one year of enjoying a beautiful new roof and exterior work, courtesy of JNO Roofing. What was so great about working with JNO is they are a single solution to multiple problems. We were looking at not only needing to replace a 24 year old roof. We had shady areas where our cedar siding was rotting. We had no idea when our home had last been painted. JNO coordinated everything. They eliminated the hassle of me needing to identify, vet and schedule multiple contractors to address each issue. They saw the big picture and could tackle the whole project in an order and way that made sense. They also managed to coordinate the huge majority of the project when we were away on spring break! What a treat to return to a repaired, freshly painted home with a new roof. Not a day goes by that I don’t peek out the window or look up as I’m backing out of my garage and think, “I love this new roof”.

We’re glad we could handle the roofing, siding repairs, and painting as one coordinated project and make it easy—especially while you were away. It means a lot to hear you’re still enjoying the new roof every day.

We have a giant commercial building in Huntley Illinois with 12 different flat roofs. JNO has replaced 6 of them so far. Their pricing is very affordable. The owner is honest and the crews doing the work are respectful and clean. I will be using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for residential or commercial roofing.

JNO roofing did an excellent job on my roofing project. My entire 2 layer roof was replaced with an excellent crew of professionals. From the very start where everything was covered up to avoid damage until the very end the end where everything was cleaned up I felt like I was in good hands. The crew paid great attention to every detail and answered every question that I had about the process. Jimmy is the best - knowledgeable, personable, honest and very responsive to the homeowner. It would only take him a few minutes to respond to a phone call. I could not have asked for a better experience and would not hesitate to have them back again for another project. I highly recommend JNO roofing .
