If I could give them negative stars I would. They dropped a cedar shingle down an exhaust pipe for my plumbing. Had a toilet clogging due to it for a year. My plumber discovered it with a camera. They had to put a hole in my wall to retrieve the plank. They also closed my dryer vent exit through my roof. Completely sealed it. So after my dryer showed an error code for poor air flow I had a dryer person come out. They put a camera through the tubing and the exit to the roof was completely closed!! Talk about a fire hazard. They supposedly came out to fix it but I’m still having problems and it isn’t resolved. I would never recommend this company. Ever.

Spent a few weeks trying to get Jason to come out to my house to give me an estimate and schedule a repair. Eventually, after telling me several times he would stop by but not doing so, I gave up. Too bad, as I'd have liked to keep my business local.

  Reply from the business

Scott, I’m sorry we kept missing you and didn’t follow through on the estimate or scheduling like we said we would—this isn’t the level of reliability you should expect from JnJ Restoration. If you’re open to it, please reach out with the best number and a couple of good times, and I’ll make sure we get you a firm appointment and a clear roofing repair estimate.

Jason did a great Job of guiding us through the process and getting A new roof for our home. He was able to provide us with a long list of homes to look at that had the different colors and styles of da Vinci Roofs, which is what we had decided that we had wanted after discussions with him. His crew was very careful and diligent and paid attention to all the detail necessary to to do a pristine job of constructing our new roof. The difference is night and day and we feel even a lot better that we are never going to have to do roof restoration again! Thank you, Jason!

This was a great experience, from my initial meeting with Jason (the owner) to the final meeting where we got up on the roof together to inspect the completed work. In a nutshell, I received three competitive quotes. JnJ was not only competitive on price, but I thought did the best job of making me a knowledgeable buyer, promptly answering questions and providing options. I told Jason he has exquisite "bedside manner," a key selling point in my case. Jesus and his crew were outstanding...hard working, great attention to detail and respect for our landscaping during the tear-off and clean-up stages. They only took five days to complete a good-sized job and successfully worked around a couple of thunderstorms during those five days. A note on the name of the company... I told Jason he should change the name of his company to JnJ Roofing & Restoration. While I'm sure he does excellent restoration work, he'd be easier to find and more credible to prospective clients if he led with his outstanding roofing capabilities. Bottom line... I highly recommend JnJ and would happily use him again.
