  1st roofing company I have ever used and will do more research before I hire another roofing company. Hired JMAK to install 2 roofs for me around same time last year July and August of 2022. Issues with my primary residence after roof installed. The roofers left equipment and debris in our yard and on our driveway and I had to contact them to come and retrieve their equipment etc. and also tar marks all around our home as my neighbor noticed it as well. Then here comes all the other issues with the new installed roof. Gutters started leaking really bad recorded all of it and sent to the owner of the company he replaced them. Then thinking everything was good while in my garage noticed that a leak was coming thru the ceiling and recorded and sent owner a message he sent someone out and they attempted to patch the leak and also replace the drywall as well. Then it started again and owner came out and said he is sending some guys out again and it was okay until it started to leak again and contacted owner again and same thing attempted to patch issue at hand. Then a couple of months later it started again and owner sent a crew again and attempted to patch it up. Then leaked again then finally they found the issues stated it was behind the stucco and it was dry rotted wood damage and cracks in the stucco. So they sent a stucco crew and me I do not know anything about stucco listed to the owner and let it dry for like over a month. After that we hired some professional painters and they painted our entire house and I asked them what about the stucco area that was repaired and they stated that it was a terrible stucco job Jmak crew did so contacted owner and sent pics of our new painted house with the horrible stucco job that paint could not cover up. Sent owner pics and he stated that his crew did not do that but I had before and after pics and he stated he was sending someone out Wed Dec 27th and it was a no show no call.   Had them come out to give estimate, shows up without a ladder, tries to climb on fence to get on roof, and damages fence. 😡 Seriously won't be using them …

  I don’t write many reviews, but if I could, I would give JMak 10 stars! From my first contact with Tom, to working with Nicky in the office, and then partnering with Tim on the project details, every step was efficient, detailed, professional, and seamless. My neighbors commented on how professional, efficient, and high‑quality the work was. During the job, the team uncovered a significant issue with my chimney. They had the skills on-site to handle it immediately—opening the roof, rebuilding the chimney, and repairing the stucco—all at a very fair additional cost. As a bonus, when I first contacted JMak for quote, I mentioned that I needed some additional work beyond the roof. Tom was a pleasure to work with and made sure he helped support me with my contractor search. The owner Jon personally arranged for my front door and window replacement with another local company, (Neighborhood Window and Door), which made the entire experience even smoother. It’s clear this is a local company that truly cares about its customers and community. I highly recommend JMak!

  Excellent service, professional knowledge, the service was done expeditiously and the work is second to none…As a former OSHA inspector, I would recommend this roofing company for their safety culture, quality of workmanship, and overall value.   Saw one of your employees this morning at a 711. There was a guy sitting on The ground, your employee went into his truck, grabbed a hoodie and gave it to him. I absolutely love acts of kindness and if I ever need a roof, I’m calling y’all.

  Super happy with JMak! They fixed a leak in our roof fast and did a really clean job. The team was friendly, showed up when they said they would, and didn’t leave a mess behind. You can tell they care about doing things right. Would 100% call them again if we ever need more work done!

  I can not thank Kyle and his crew enough. I had a separate gutter company damage my drip edgeand first course of shingles. I phoned JMak and Kyle delivered. He actually phoned the gutter company on my behalf. Owner agreed to have roof repaired and pay for damages. Roof is now repaired and his crew was amazing.
