  Edit: I have proof of it. So nice try. You also didn't show up when we agreed on a time. Then when you did that's what happened. You also changed your price from 20k to 30k as if you thought we had money and its based on how much you can pay. I keep thorough records. I still have your paperwork you gave me as well. So try me. Yeah I had to block him because he wouldn't stop calling me. He doesn't know what No means. 🚩 Guy came out for an estimate I wanted to know how much for the back to be done which was a separate small roof. He got a ladder and was at the front. I told him on the phone that I wouldn't be able to talk and that he could send the estimate via email. That I would be busy and have to leave. He blocked us in and kept trying to talk to us. I had to yell at him. I don't want to do business with someone who doesn't know their front from their back, and can't follow simple directions. He never sent the estimate. I wouldn't do business with again.

  Roger we went out of our way for you a storm hit ripped of half your roof we came down there immediately less than a week to make sure you had no more damaged than you got paid by the Insurace due to the extra work we did I’m sorry you did not get to pocket any money threatening us with a negative review

  These guys are great, easy to work with and were very helpful dealing with our insurance claim. Our house looks fantastic! Definitely recommend JM to anyone looking to have their siding or roof done. Edit- really long story short, we had a problem with a leak come up and it took a screaming match on the phone to get them to come out and "fix" the problem. My husband was not satisfied with the fix and we decided to have another company come take a look. Not only is their fix going to have be undone and fixed properly another issue where the siding was put over a hole where the wood had rotted was found. Rather than replacing the wood they covered the hole and insulation with fan fold and put the siding over it. We are done dealing with JM Construction Group and giving them chances, we will be paying another company to fix it in order to maintain the integrity of our home and the safety of our family. It was also brought to our attention that JM did not pull the proper permits for our job. Bottom line is I would absolutely not recommend them if you have anything beyond cosmetic issues.

  2024- JM just did a second roof for us, the crews worked hard even in the heat! The roof, shutters, and gutters all look great! They did a great job cleaning up the area, even having the guy the next day that picked up the extra materials run the magnet around. We haven't found any nails or debris in the area. 2017 -Justin and crew did a great job. Halfway threw the project an unexpected storm blew in quickly, they upgraded my felt for free to a synthetic to protect the house during the storm. The guys were on the roof finishing just as the rain started. The crews were on time and polite the entire project.

  Very efficient. No one could find my leak problem and Justin found and fixed all within 24 hours. Highly highly recommend. I am a single women and have been having to call and call and no one would respond or come out. I will always be a returning customer!

  Contacted JM for a quote on roofs, siding and windows on house and garage. Salesperson, Raice came out and looked over everything and got back to me the next day with my quote. Business is business, but Raice literally dealt with my back and forth questions WHENEVER I had them and gave me his recommendations on the project. Even if it meant NOT having something done. Even took time to talk to me about concerns I had BEFORE the work started to put my mind at ease. Truly a stand-up guy! I have another garage in the works and I know exactly where I'll be going.

  I have replaced several roofs on my homes over the years. Justin and his company were the most courteous and professional I have worked with. I was the buyer of a house that had hail damage during June '23 storm. My inspector found damage, so sellers insurance company accessed damage and approved claim for roof and gutters. Even though I had not taken possession of property yet, Justin kept me informed every step of the way. He had a deadline to meet during the break in the weather in Feb '24 and he met it due to his and crews hard work. I would recommend JM Construction highly.

  We highly recommend JM Construction! We used them for our siding; windows, soffit and fascia, and couldn't be happier! The crews were professional and efficient and did a fantastic clean up!
