  Please run far away from this company. They did some shady things. We did not have them replace our roof but they gave us an estimate then they sent us a bill or invoice for work they supposedly did? I don’t think so! We still have the same roof. We are not paying 3000 for a tarp you put up that wasn’t needed in the first place. They got mad because we decided to go with another more reputable company. Save yourself the hass. Go somewhere else.. we never called them I. The first place.. they just knocked on our door one day. Had a bad feeling from the start.

  These guys cold called me offering a free inspection and estimate for repairs. My roof is almost 20 years old so I figured I would let them come inspect. They spent an hour on my roof then came down to talk to me. They showed me a few photos of marks from hail and told me there was a little wind damage but did not have photos of that. They told me they would make a claim for me on my homeowners insurance. However, when I asked, then pressed, for them to just give me a description of work they proposed and an estimate, they would not. They refused to actually give me an estimate, claiming that they would only make a claim to work with our insurance company. BEWARE! I would not work with a company that will not be transparent with me in what they plan to do and how much it might cost. Others may have a different experience than I did, but make sure you ask questions.

  At first I didn't think they would win the roof, because other companies hadn't managed it, but their kindness and confidence made me give them a chance, and they succeeded. I recommend them 100%.

  Working with JB Roofing has been an excellent experience. They worked directly with my insurance company And how did all figured out within a month. And finish the entire roof in two days. Would highly recommend!

  Layton Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. It turned out as good as I could have hoped. They completed the removal and reinstall in 2 days. They cleaned up after themselves very well. The job turned out great. I would recommend them because they did a great job.

  They were great. They worked with my insurance and got the the claim covered then did a great and quick job replacing. We had a lot of failures to get it done with other companies.

  When I was in a panic during the most recent rain storm, I noticed water damage in my bedroom and knew there was a roof issue. Jose with JLB came to the rescue by asking the right questions and coming to inspect the same day. They gave me peace of mind by placing a tarp to protect against future damage and there was no sales pressure, only wanted to make sure my home stayed protected. The work was very quick and efficient. They left no mess which I am very happy with! Definitely call JLB Roofing if you honest and respectful service!

  I had a great experience with JLB Roofing. They helped me replace my shingle roof, plywood, and handled the solar panel work as well, which made the whole process much easier. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They communicated well throughout the project, explained what needed to be done, and kept everything on schedule. The quality of the work looks excellent, and they paid attention to details, especially around the solar panel integration. Pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend JLB Roofing to anyone needing roofing or related work. I wish I can give Yazmin and her crew 10/10 for their great work. I have another project coming soon and definately will ask them to do it.
