failed me terribly... refused to service my home. I live in Sterling Hills community. They even refuse to answer my phone calls for NO REASON at all other that I am a HISPANIC.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Adly; we’re very sorry you felt refused service and unheard. We take allegations of discrimination and any lapse in customer communication seriously and are committed to providing fair, professional roofing services to every homeowner.

Called last week for estimate and repair and was told they'd be out Monday or Tuesday. They showed up Friday but couldn't do anything because of rain and said they'd come back on Monday. They never showed up on either day or called to reschedule.

  Reply from the business

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I'm very sorry you feel that we missed multiple appointments and failed to communicate about the rain delay. We take punctuality and clear communication seriously as we were in touch early August like we promised and unfortunately could not honor a year old estimate because of, at that time, current material and labor costs.

We had such an amazing experience with JK Johns Roofing & Sheet Metal, and we truly cannot say enough good things about them! Having your roof replaced can feel overwhelming, but Josh made the entire process so easy and stress-free from beginning to end. Josh, took the time to personally explain everything to us, including the work that needed to be done, repairs for hidden damage, the pricing, and the expected timeline. He even worked with our HOA to help get the necessary approvals and helped us receive a discount on our homeowners insurance because of the storm protection features of our new roof. We truly appreciated how much he went above and beyond to help us. The crew was amazing as well. They arrived on time, worked incredibly efficiently, and took great care to protect our property throughout the entire project. They completed our full roof replacement in just two days! When they finished, they thoroughly cleaned everything up, and we didn’t find a single nail left behind. As a family, that gave us so much peace of mind knowing our property was safe for our family and pets. What stood out to us most was the communication and genuine care throughout the entire process. Josh was always available, made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish, and truly cared about the quality of the work—not just getting the job done. Our new roof looks amazing, and having the peace of mind that comes with an astounding warranty makes us even happier with our decision. We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful experience we had and would wholeheartedly recommend JK Johns Roofing & Sheet Metal to anyone needing reliable, professional, and quality roofing work. Thank you, Josh, and the entire team, for taking such great care of our home!

UPDATE 2026.... It's now 2 yrs later since I had this wonderful Roofing Company coat my roof and needed another job done on a different roof. Josh immediately remembered who I was and said they would be out in a day! This family owned and operated company surely aim to please. I highly recommend these kind folks to always deliver whatever your need. ************************************ 2024... Joe and Jeff from JKJohns came out within moments after BBB sent out my request to find a roofing company due to a leak during hurricane season in the summer of 2024. They got up on my roof and found the leak immediately and were kind enough to patch it until I decided to hire them for a complete roof coating. I hadn't even hired them yet. I thought that was very kind of them. We were right in the middle of of three hurricanes at the time. BBB sent out three requests for estimates and JK Johns was the first and the best estimate I got. I chose them for the job because they were quite professional and personable as well! They worked me into their busy schedule even between the hurricanes. It's a year later now and I have had no problems at all. I highly recommend JKJohns Roofing for any and all roofing services.

JK Johns roofing was prompt in providing a reasonable repair quote for a roof leak over my garage via email and a follow up quote by mail to my home in Spring Hill fl. The repair was squeezed in between jobs to avoid further rain damage to my roof which was appreciated. The staff was responsive to my needs for a roof repair and i will use them again when it is time to replace my roof.
