Best roofing company around , came and replaced the whole roof in one day , and installed new gutters the next day , i chose harbor blue color shingles and i am very happy with everything. Easiest contractor to work with …. On time , job well done ,the price was good . did everything he said he was going to do i wouldnt even bother calling anyone else for any roofing , siding or gutter needs .

Smart Choice was the best decision we made when it came to our roof replacement! The team’s attention to detail was impressive. They utilized tarps to ensure they captured all of the old roofs nails and debris. Being a dog owner, this was a concern of mine. Smart Choice roofing exceeded our expectations. The roof looks amazing! Thank you Smart choice !

This may be ridiculously redundant but, I agree with all those other reviews. This was a very positive experience. Jacob and his crew did an outstanding job. The repairs to my roof were perfect. You cannot tell it was ever damaged. The workers were very careful with the landscaping and other property. They left the area nice and clean.

Jacob and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain every step of the project. As promised, they removed all the debris and completed an excellent roof and gutter installation. The quality of their workmanship exceeded our expectations, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Jacob and his crew to anyone considering a new roof or gutters—you won’t find better service or value for the price. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart.

Jacob and his crew did an excellent job with our roof, gutters and skylight on our house and garage. They were quick, thorough, neat and took care not to damage anything durning the removal stage of the old roof. They carted everything away and left the property neat and clean. Jacob also made a design modification of the roof and gutters in an area where we had issues with a leak and bees nesting. We would highly recommend JI Roofing and Exteriors Corp and look forward to having them do future exterior projects as they are needed. Ken and Lisa West Bay Shore

I recommend Ji Roofing with Jacob and his team leading the way. Professional, courteous, no issues at all, passionate about doing a good job and making his customers happy. I highly recommend hiring him for your roofing/gutter needs. He will give you a free roof inspection report and email you a full electronic report before you even hire him. If you package new gutters with the roof, the price is great. He has a large team that can finish the whole job in 2 days. He also power washed my siding and brought in a tree subcontractor to trim my overgrown trees. Everything was completed in a timely manner with no issues at all. Very happy me and my family hired him. The completed job looks great.

Jacob fixed part of my roof that was under new construction warranty. He did a beautiful job and matched the color of the air intakes perfectly so the roof looks continuous. He called before arriving and understood exactly what needed to be done!
