  Hi there, we are very disappointed to see your review. We would like to rectify this for you however, you are missing a few key components. First of all name or address so we would be able to look into this for you. Second Jason does not do bookings or the schedule, as such it seems like some wires are crossed. Tax is applied to all jobs that is not something that we are able to control. There is tax on materials that we use, Cash would not be able to influence our prices. An agreement about vents is once again something we have no record of for any of our jobs and is a fairly odd topic so we can assure you it would have been documented. As for the job being done 2 months late, again, we can assure you we have a schedule for a reason and have stayed very organized with it, we have no record of any job slipping through the cracks. If Jason charged you 200$ with no explanation, it would appear on your invoice as to what the charge was for. Again this is providing you are a real customer and have a real invoice. The warranty from IKO is 40 years and is given though out the industry, it is the most preferred and best company to deal with when it comes to warranties. To reiterate you would have this in writing along with a JDM written warranty for the workmanship for 15 years, so it's actually 2 warranties which are both in writing and both extremely important and valued by all of our customers. So have no fear you are more than covered on warranties. This company prides itself on honesty, integrity, customer service, and the quality of our work. JDM Roofing simply could not be sustained if we did, 'Mickey Mouse business.' Please feel free to contact us with any information that you have regarding your job and we assure you it will be taken care of. Typically reaching out is more effective than passive aggressive google reviews. Nevertheless you have our attention and we await your email or phone call. Thank you

  I had thought this company had done a great job - until we got leaking coming through our chimney into one of the bedrooms. The chimney flashing was literally the job the company was hired for to take care of. I emailed Jason many times with pictures and he responded they would come by to take a look. No one came by. I tried calling and left a message and have been completely ignored. I’ve come to the conclusion from this that the job was done poorly and the service is to ignore complaints. I also was never provided a receipt from the work done after payment which I thought was strange. Not an ideal experience obviously.

  Positive experience with Jason and JDM roofing. Punctual for scheduled appointments to quote and then to complete the work. Competitive pricing. Site was cleaned up well after the work was completed.

  JDM roofing is a great company. They did excellent work on my house, a few years ago and I was extremely satisfied with how quickly they get the job done. I recently had a few shingles out of place due to a storm, I called them to see if they could fix it… within a week they had someone come by and fix the issue. Amazing! I just I would highly recommend JDM roofing!

  We contacted this company & from the moment we got on the phone with Roberta we knew we were going in the right direction as she was very pleasant & accommodating. We set up an appointment for an estimate & Jason the Owner came with a colleague. Jason answered every question with certainty & knowledge but most of all with HONESTY! He even offered to take pics of my chimney as he noticed there was a problem with it now please note, that it wasn’t something he’d benefit from as it’s a job that requires masonry so he did not need to point that out to us & he was not referring anyone either and while he was up there he was kind to do that for us. We did not end up using their services now as the roof is still in great condition but we will be certain to contact JDM when the time comes! Jason you were the only company out of 3 that got up on the roof & checked it all properly! You showed that you care for your craftsmanship and not just another job/contract so THANK YOU!!!!!

  Two days, start to finish, they did an exceptional job with the installation of our new roof, and left our property cleaner than it was before they came. No hidden costs, they were true to their estimate and really professional to work with.
