We’ve dealt with them for almost 3 months at this point. 2 full roof replacements, one with discolored shingles, destroyed landscaping and grass, destroyed property, nail in our daughter’s foot and our car tires from nails left everywhere on the property. Absolute and total nightmare. AVOID at all costs.

I’m truly sorry to hear about your frustrations. Like any roofing project, the site can look messy during installation, but our team made sure everything was cleaned thoroughly before we left, as we do with every home. The shingle discoloration was a manufacturer defect, which we corrected—after waiting for IKO’s warranty shingles, we re-shingled your roof at no cost and also provided compensation for the delays. As the owner, I take great pride in my teams work. Which is why I personally visited your property multiple times with a magnet to ensure no nails or debris were left behind. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to making every project a positive experience for our customers.

I could not be more pleased with the work done by these guys. They covered the surrounding area with tarps so if something fell it would easily be picked up. …

JDB Contracting did an amazing job from start to finish! After a storm my roof was in desperate need to be replaced. JDB came out the same day I called them and put a tarp over the damaged area. They gave me a great estimate on the replacement as well. Then they worked with my insurance company to make sure we were able to get the materials at a great rate. The shingles that we had picked out is FANTASTIC! They were able to come out ASAP and had the roof completely removed, replaced, and cleaned up within a day. I would highly recommend JDB Contracting for roof replacement!

JDB contracting was very professional, respectful, and technically superior. My family is new to the Charleston WV area. Upon buying our new house, we knew that the roof needed to be repaired. The JDB Team addressed the needs of our new house In which the roof was showing signs of age and damage. Upon our initial home inspection, I was given multiple options, without the pressure of a sales job. They are very good listeners. I knew I wanted a new set of vents for the bathroom, for example, and their expertise made it a reality. During the work days, they were very respectful and courteous to my family. The yard and surrounding property was well cleaned, and the house looked great after.

Tyler came out to take a look a leaking roof above my sunroom. He managed to track down a case of three tab shingles for the repair and also caulked/touched up some other areas that needed attention. I am more than satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend JBD.
