Gave me a bid, and confirmed schedule. 5 days before i needed a roof installed they left me hanging - with new construction open to the rain. No excuse other than they were "really tied up right now".

MIXED BAG: The job was to replace the flashing around the chimney. CONS: The first opportunity to complete this task left my chimney with a new piece of flashing shoved under the already existing old flashing, and no …

JCR was thorough, responsive, and followed through on everything we discussed. This was our first roofing project, and JCR was a referral from a good friend of mine. They were reasonably priced and I recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.

I love this family owned business! They have the best pricing in terms of warranty, materials, and roofing features! They might not be the cheapest, but the total package is very competitive after I compare 10 different quotes. Roof replacement is very tricky if you don’t understand what they use! Do your homework’s before you choose the cheapest option! You won’t regret to choose JCR!

I needed a re-roof on my house in Milwaukie, Oregon. JCR Roofing was one of four bids I received. They were in the low to mid-range price. What convinced me to go with JCR roofing was Victor, their sales guy. He was no nonsense and …

Had a great experience with JCR. We spoke with several companies and the fact that JCR is a small, family-owned and run operation meant lower overhead and reasonable costs. Even though we faced weather delays in the early spring, as soon as …

Throughout the estimating process, Julio was very friendly and thorough. He showed me pictures of the suspect areas needing repair and was honest in stating he wasn't sure he could get someone out today to do the work. Thankfully, he was …

From the first phone call I made to them until the job was complete they were fantastic! They picked up the phone when I first called (several other companies did not) and were out to estimate the next day. They had a very competitive bid and were able to start the work very quickly. They were able to accommodate some non standard flashing needs for our quirky house and replace some damaged sheeting and facia quickly and with great craftsmanship. We added a skylight and several sun tunnels and they did a great job with these. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the work, communication and professionalism that JCR provided. I’m so glad a friend recommended them to us after using them as well. Highly recommend!

We just needed a patch and Victor came over and gave us a quote that we thought was reasonable. He came back with his crew whom we thought were very professional with being quiet, efficient and they cleaned up perfectly. When we need to reroof we won't hesitate to use JCR.

We just got a full roof replacement by JCR, and could not be more pleased with the experience and the results. We got 4 estimates, all from highly rated companies, and JCR was the most affordable. Victor came for the initial consultation, and he was excellent. That first consultation was exactly what I was looking for... no pressure or pretense, but a detailed 3 option estimate which we accepted at the middle tier. The work crew was just outstanding, led by Jose; skilled, efficient, and kind from start to finish. Victor was a great communicator throughout, and payment was exactly to the initial bid. These guys work hard, with care and skill that is evident. Our property was left cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend JCR, and I wish them great success. This is exactly the kind of experience I hope for when undertaking a project, big or small... but this one is big. I'm so glad I chose JCR Thank you!!!
