After the bad hail storm back at the end of May in Elkins, our six year old roof took a beating. Chris stopped by and gave us a free estimate of any possible damage we may have sustained. Chris and Justin were very easy to work with through the whole process and helped push our insurance company to pay out the last of our claim. His team did a great job in getting our new roof installed once we got past the several weeks of constant rain. I'd definitely recommend them!

JBL did a great job on our roof. Quoted one week, installed the next… within one day. Upgraded from our 3 tab shingles to nice architectural shingles. New roof & color is a huge upgrade to the look of our home. Chris came out 3 separate visits afterwards to check for nails & debris.

Now listen, everyone. This wonderful man, Justin, is transparent, trustworthy and kind. He’s straightforward and honest. His work comes with a one year warranty on roof pipes. He’s there when he says he will be. He gets right to work and understands if you have barking dogs (we have four Great Danes). He has a family with kids. He’s a good guy that does impeccable work. Here’s three photos. I’ve dealt with many a roofer. There is no one out there like him. I promise. It may take a while, but it is sooo worth the wait for him! Highly recommend and I am so happy to have found him! You will too! Just know he’s going to take care of you, affordably, will work with your insurance company if needed, and is someone you can count on. Go for it! He is totally worth it! 😊

Crew did an amazing job. Insurance denied our claim Justin came out and had the insurance inspector come back and we got approved for a new roof plus other damage to our siding. Highly recommend working with them and not directly with the insurance company!

Chris inspected the roof of my house and shop after a hail storm and found both damaged. He practically held my hand through the entire process of working with my insurance to ensure the funds would be sufficient to cover replacements. Chris was transparent with communication, keeping me updated daily. Steps were taken to protect my flower beds and yard. His team completed both roofs in the same day. His return to use a magnet three times to make sure there are no nails left in the yard is a perk that is appreciated. I can't say enough about how efficient and professional this job was completed.
