  Do not trust this company Chirs is a salesman and that is all. He says “my word is my bond” but that must be a line he read in a sales book because the product we discussed looks nothing like what we discussed. 6 inch steel plates bolted to the ground became a hole chipped into the floor with the pole shoved into it with no bracing at the pole. Beams welded to celling literally tied a wall to the ceiling with electrical wire. Electrical wire that matches the color and gauge that was missing from my site that very day. The thing shook like an epileptic at a rave. He spent his entire time convincing me his guys were doing great. Swinging double doors became left over doors from another project. I will admit to approving this change because he was unable to meet this. The double doors only close right if you closet them both at the same time. The “white walled ready for paint” drywall was not sanded at all but most the seams had mud on them. He wouldn’t know that because he never checked on the mudding. Of course it failed inspection because apparently they are unaware of what city code is. The one guy who knows what he is doing showed up to get it past inspections. It was embarrassing how bad this quality was. They would lead you to believe it is an issue of residential vs commercial code. Deception runs deep with them. I left a one star review and he has the gull to gaslight people into thinking it had to do with a billing issue. Lets address that. I received a call from his office that the bill was 30 days past due. I thought it was taken care of and said give me to the end of the day and I will figure it out one way or another. Then my wife and 3 year old daughter broke down in the middle of the road. I drove to them and gave them my car. Then after the tow truck I walked across town in the cold. Then I received the second call from the office. It had been 3 hours. I told them what I had just been though and said I am walking in right now I will figure out what hap

  We at PG Roofing and Construction respect all of our clients' thoughts and reviews. Andrew Deals review is not fair and is not the whole facts. Fort Smith City Inspector Mr. Robertson was the inspector for the job and yes, the Non load bearing wall was gigged for using a concert nail as opposed to pin anchor. This was a quick and easy fix. The difference is residential vs commercial applications. The Issue was addressed head on, and we did not deny and or ignore the situation. the gig was addressed with in 24 hours of inspection. We did not hold up any other trades or put you behind schedule. From time of contract to time of completion was a 3-day window. One day for install, one day for inspection and one day to address the issue. We " PG Roofing had two contracts with this business owner and he said nothing about any issues and even gave us praise to city inspector and the floor company that was also working on this same project. Moving forward on the second contract that was for EPDM roof repair. EPDM is a rubber material and is not readily available in the Fort Smith market. Materials were ordered and took 3 weeks to receive. We completed repair as soon as we had materials available. I, Kris Thornburg then reached out to Andrew Deal Via phone call, text and email and did not receive a reply. I then seen his van at Beyond a Child the store location. I pulled in and hand delivered an invoice, A week goes by and no reply, move forward to 30 days after job completion and we still had not been paid. I then have one of our office lady's call Mr. Deal and explain to him that we will have to turn this into collections after 45 days. I believe it was Three days after this particular phone call he came to our office and paid the invoice in full. The Office ladies don't have the power to sign these forums and had asked you to reach out to Kris Thornburg to sign off on all lean holding aphidids. Mr. Deal did not reach out to Kris instead he starts attacking PG Roofing

  Did A Outstanding Job Replacing Our Roof, Carport & Gutters, Pd Them Tha $20,500 That Was Owed!!!!! Was Supposed 2 Replace Tha Screens On Our Windows Since They Took Them Off!!!! Everytime We Reached Out 2 Them About The Screens, It Was All Ways A Different Excuse, Finally After About 4 Months Of Not Hearing From Them, I Called Them & Told Them Hey Don’t Worry About My Screens & Can I Get My Old 1s Back, Tha 1s You Took Off & Of Course They Didn’t Have Them Anymore!!!! 🤬🤬

  They didn't do anything for me but I was driving home this morning with my daughter in the back seat and I had the right away mind you he had a stop sign and as I was going across he speed up and almost hit my daughter's side of the car she is only one years old he was in a company truck maybe need to invest in teaching them how to properly drive

  Edwin and his crew endangered my child and family's life. Avoid at all cost. Response to owner: looks like they worked on it to me, but of course he was on the phone instead of focusing on the gas leak,and there's no Teflon tape being applied there.

Our team has taken the last 24-hours to investigate this matter further and develop a response we believe is more fitting and accurate, depicting the circumstances that took place during our services for the last two weeks. There was a situation with your gas stove where our installers discovered that there was no Teflon tape and after informing your husband, he said that he would take care of it and we placed the stove back in its place. Then, when letting your husband know it was time to collect payment, the matter had escalated unnecessarily. There was another instance when your husband requested to view our plumber's license. Our policy is to prominently display the license on the side of our company vehicles for easy verification. We understand that it may have seemed unconventional, but we assure you that the license was readily available and valid, so there was no necessity to have physical documentation. This caused another unnecessary escalation of the situation. Lastly, there was a situation regarding safety, where our installers reported that they were inappropriately offered alcoholic beverages by your husband. We take this matter very seriously. Our installers are trained to handle such situations professionally and per our policy, are strictly prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages while on the job and denied his offer. We understand that some situations may arise but in this case, we have provided the facts of what occurred and in doing so, we are honoring our name, reputation and integrity, which are all of utmost importance to us. As we can see from the 65+ Google reviews that have been left on our page, the majority of our customers' positive experiences accurately represent the quality of work and satisfaction we provide.

  I contacted P-G Roofing to get an estimate on replacing my roof and gutters after a severe hail storm. The following day I met with sales rep Michael Mendoza who looked over the damage and gave me several options on shingles to choose from. He was very professional and didn’t try to hard sell me. I had met with several other companies but Mr. Mendoza had a fair price and he appeared to have my best interests in mind. I signed a contract and the work was started the following week. Anytime I had concerns I would call Mr. Mendoza and he would take my call or call me back in a short time. He resolved any issues I had and it was obvious he wanted me to be pleased with him and P-G Roofing. He stood by his work and product and always followed up on his promises. I would highly recommend P-G Roofing.

  Highly recommend. Michael Mendoza was wonderful. Took time to explain to me every detail of the work being done and helped me understand my insurance claim. Made sure to stay on top of the work being done. The roof was completed and cleaned up in less than a day, you could barely tell they had been there. The other general repairs were worked around the weather with no issues. My boss had used them previously and recommended them for the great job they did for him. He was correct, and I am thankful I listened. The whole crew was great from start to finish.

  We contacted P-G from an online ad to do some roofing work for our church. The response time was amazing, and the quality of the work was exceptional. I was so impressed by the quality of their work I hired them to do guttering and shutters for our our house. The results are amazing.

  So thankfull for PG Roofing and construction. I had a very difficult time finding an electrician to add a power line for a hot tub. I had some with extremely high quotes and had two that agreed to do the work but never showed up. One jusy ghosted me and the other one texted me apologizing that he did not make but would be out two days later. Just glad that I met Edwin. He gave me a good quote and was great to work with. The crew came out a few days later. They were very proffesional and did an amazing job. I am defiantly using them on any other projects that come up. Highly recommened!!!
