  We called them three weeks ago to come look at some storm damage on our roof. We were told they would come the following Monday and they would call to give us a time. They never called so we called them, but no one answered and no one ever showed up. We have called three times since then and have left multiple messages. No one will return the calls or answer. Recommend using someone more dependable and transparent.

  We are very sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, based off the facts, you neither gave us a proper opportunity to provide you with our services in a timely fashion or kept your agreement on timeline. You contacted us on a Thursday. It was raining then and Friday, which prevents us from climbing up and inspecting roofs. Saturday, on the first clear day, we came out and inspected your roof. We explained that we were booked up the next several days, however we would try to fit you in by the end of the next week. We requested that you give us a few days in order to get back to you on which day would be best, as we needed to time to assess current projects (rain put us behind as can reasonably be expected) and determine which ones in the que could be adjusted to slide you in. You concurred that it would be okay to contact you the following week. The following Wednesday we spoke on the phone and told you that we would have a locked down eta by the end of the following day (Thursday) for getting your project done that week. You said that would be fine. By 2pm on Thursday you left us this google review. We tried contacting you several times before that day's end (as promised), only finally reaching your wife. We apologized several times for not meeting your expectations (despite you agreeing to the timeline and ignoring the poor work conditions brought about by rain), as well as assured you we could do the project the next day. You told us, "Don't worry about it." Unfortunately, your expectations on having a construction estimate provided in the rain coupled with immediate project start dates are unreasonable. Normally, we take pride in making right anything that may go wrong during a project as well as with unsatisfactory customer service. This is where we truly separate ourselves from our competition and prove our worth.   Unprofessional and unreliable in my opinion. They made an appointment to inspect my roof and were a no show. Nor did they call to let me know or return any of my phone calls.

  Hello Josh. We are very sorry for you feeling this way. As per our phone call with you last Friday, you never sent over your property information for us review in order to set up an appointment, as you had agreed to with our salesman, Brandon- Since we never set up an appointment to begin with, is it possible you may be confusing us with another contractor?? None the less, we should have followed back up with you, this week after not receiving any of your information. Due to it being a short, holiday week, our project schedules and business hours have created a non-typical work week as we closed business for Independence Day and the weekend following. However, there is no excuse for not following up with you. As for any of the further missed calls you mentioned, we show none in our records nor on our voicemail. Not sure why we cannot find these, as I'm sure you would have left a voicemail after calling us- Again, alluding us to think maybe you may be confusing us with another contractor. Please accept our apologies, and do let us know if you would like to try and set up an appointment, again, to take care of your contractor needs.   Brand new roof leaked. Came through ceiling. They dumped replaced decking through attic on top of ceiling. Would not provide me thier ins. Company to file claim so I'm having to file claim with contractors board. Very poor workmanship on roof.

  My new roof looks wonderful! They did a great job with the clean-up. Edit: It has been 7 years and my roof has had several leaks. I have tried to contact this company to have them come out and repair the leaks with no response from them. I definitely would not recommend this company for any roof or remodeling job.

  Brandon and his team were very quick to come out and look at our roof after a bad storm. They were honest and worked very well with my husband and I, as well as our insurance company. Very thankful for the quality of the roof this company put on our house. Will definitely use them again if we ever need to!

  Great customer service! Jeannette and Brandon were amazing. They made sure we had everything we needed. Brandon also helped us navigate going through insurance since there was hail damage on our roof. Very professional. Would recommend them to anyone!

  Brandon was extremely helpful! I ended up needing a new roof and I had water damage in my master bathroom/closet from the tornado's in May. I called him and said I needed a new roof and interior work done. Can you do it? Yes they can! Roof was done in a weekend, poor crew was working in 100 plus degree weather!! His interior guy did a wonderful job. He was more than willing to explain everything about what he was doing, why he was doing it, etc. He cleaned up after himself and even did touch up paint on the walls where black smudges had ended up. Very rewarding experience with them!!

  Overly satisfied with every step of the process. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, and walked us step by step through our needs, options, and the process. From quote to new roof took only about a week. Would recommend to anyone in need of roof service.
