  Jay Carter Roofing installed a standing seam metal roof on one of our Oakville custom home projects. Clear pricing, reliable scheduling, and excellent detail work on the panels and flashing. Easy to coordinate with and left the site clean. We'll be using them again.

  Update review Sept 2025 Talked with Jay directly and he was very accommodating to make things right. He went out of his way to personally look after all the issues and address the poor service. He let me know that the person that looked after all these items no longer works there. Nice to know he did what was needed to keep up the excellent service that he had before. 2 guys came out today, worked on removing the old caulking and replaced it. Took their time and looks 1000% better! You can tell they had a lot of expertise and were true craftsman as they explained exactly what they were going to do and managed my expectations. They were very respectful and did an outstanding job that exceeded my expectations. Glad to know that Jay Carter Roofing is back with excellent client service and workmanship. I would again highly recommend them for your installation and any follow up services. Update review Jan 2025. Not sure what happened to Jay Carter roofing. Poor service with months taken to get any response. I provide a deposit to have a maintenance check on my metal roof after 5 years from installation. Had to follow up several times before one guy came out and ran his drone for 5 min over roof. Never got a report or my money back. Had a metal roof put on my shed to match my house. This was done pretty good with a few issues that were never fixed. The caulking done looked like a 3 year old did it. Complained and never got fixed. Had an issue with a leak on my bathroom vent that resulted in water damage in my bathroom. Even though it was promised after months of follow up. It still has not been done and I used another company to fix it. They install pretty good but if you need any follow up on issues, forget it. After the most recent wind storm where I lost part of my roof shingles, it was very comforting to call them and to hear the words "we will look after you". Very professional and completed all work as promised.

  We needed a snow guard after installing solar panels and Jay Carter was able to help us out. We went ahead and had the eavestroughs replaced and leaf guards put in. A big thanks to Larry and Olivia and her team!!!

  We had a great experience dealing with Jay Carter Roofing. Although they were a little slow to respond to our RFQ, their pricing was very competitive. Installation was done well, explained in detail and they provided photos of our newly installed snow guards. I would definitely recommend using them.

  Jay Carter Roofing did a great job replacing a roof on one of our community halls. While there were a few hiccups with the project, they were addressed quickly by their staff and the project was completed with only a short delay. Overall a good experience and the company is great to work with.
