Cody Agreed to remove my pool house roof. No money exchange .trusses for payment. Deal was remove the roof and put all the debris in one pile and you can have the trusses. I've been picking up nails for about six hours and there are nine piles of debris completely surrounding my pool house, and my pool is completely full of debris. including my entire pool, which now Has to literally be professionally drained and cleaned. they also managed to drop some thing on my $4000 pool furnace and didn't say a word. On top of that they also destroyed two over 50 year old rhododendrons and burning bush that they were specifically told not to touch, by literally setting all of the trusses on top of them, and dragging them through them, and tearing them down. definitely not courteous. Definitely would not recommend definitely not trustworthy. we were quoted a one day project and it's been a two week nightmare.

This was not a business deal and Jeff explained everything was being demolished! Not once did anyone express any concern from start to finish.

We were happy to hear that this was a 3rd Generation Family-owned business. They did a great job, good price, crew was courteous and hard-working. Cody was great at communicating with us on what days and times they'd be here to work and kept his word. Very happy with all their effort and skills and would highly recommend them:)

This is a top notch outfit. The entire crew works hard and cleans up the site daily. The workmanship was excellent - exceeding my expectations. I took 4 bids for my job before settling on James Roofing; they provided the lowest bid and included more services to boot. The materials were all top quality. I am extremely happy that I picked Cody and his crew for my job. Jerry P Independence

James Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. The quote was reasonable and he explained everything I needed to know. He explained the problem spots on our old roof that needed repaired. He scheduled a time to do the work, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend James Roofing!

Had a great experience getting a new roof installed by James Roofing. Cody inspected our roof and gave us detailed information of his services as well as knowledgeable suggestions for our low slope situation. The roof looks great too!

Look no further! James roofing did 2 of my houses ! On time, clean, professional. Lauren will work on your appraisal and explain every option available. Veteran? Lauren took $3800 of my appraisal and respectfully thanked me for my service. Ive waited for rain to make this review and so far so, so good. Thanks to Lauren, his son, and his very professional crew. Retired and on a budget/ fixed income James Roofing worked a amazing deal for us! Lauren when you are in the area again stop by! I found a insulated water thermos in the bushes in the empty lot! I think it rolled off the roof. Dennis Olson

James Roofing was the answer to our needs. They were professional, timely, knowledgeable and when the were done, you would have never known the were here. Cleaned up, completely! Mind you, this was no huge money making job for them. This was a small, fix someone else’s mistakes and finish off a small section of roof to match the rest of the house job, but they treated us just like a big client when other contractors wouldn’t give us the time of day! Need roof work? Go with James Roofing, you won’t regret it! RY
