We would not recommend them for any job. They quoted us for a roof cleaning job and explained that it was a two day job to be sure not to pull the shingles with the moss which was why the quote was what it was. We were fine with that and appreciated the explanation. They said they would clean gutters and down spouts as well. When they came they were here for 45 minutes only one day. Sprayed off the moss and put down moss killer and were gone. A few days later I got a bill for the full price no explanation of why it was only one day and didn’t clean our gutters or down spouts. We contacted them because they didn’t do what they said they would. They said it was an easier job than expected and would take off $75… that was all. Would not recommend. Go with a different company.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed, as this review genuinely comes as a surprise to us. During the initial conversation, we explained the roof cleaning process based on what we expected the condition of the roof to be. Once on-site, the moss came off much easier than anticipated, which allowed us to complete the work safely in a single visit without needing the second service day. Because of that, we waived the follow-up visit and communicated this with you over email at the time. Based on those conversations, we understood that the situation had been resolved. We also want to clarify that the inside of the gutters and downspouts were cleaned during the visit. Exterior gutter cleaning was not included in the scope of work, so it seems there may have been a misunderstanding regarding what services were being performed. We always aim to be fair and transparent with our customers, and we appreciate the feedback. We’ll make sure we communicate the scope of work more clearly moving forward to avoid this type of confusion again.

Worst company you could hire to touch your roof. Ripped me off left it leaking, there fix all for anything was huge amounts of caulk. Took my money no problem but when it came time to do the work things weren’t so great.

Hey James, I show that in 2020 we did a small repair on your roof as well as some flat roofing. I do see that you had a leak and that we went out to resolve that. From what I can see that was in 2021, with no other correspondence from you. I am not sure if you have reached out to us but we are here to help. Feel free to call us at 541-929-9565.

Roofs are not cheap to replace and we took some time to learn about the process and get at least three bids. We chose Alamo Roofing and are extremely happy with the results. They did a great job with explaining what our roof needed and why. We are confident our roof will last and keep looking great for years to come. Ten out of ten, I recommend!
