  Ironhead was my third quote on replacing my roof and I went with them because I was on a time crunch and needed it done fairly quickly, despite their bid coming in much higher than the others. The sales rep was kind and attentive in the beginning but disappeared after the project. I specifically asked about a tarping system and was assured they use tarps and then do a magnet sweep afterwards. We obviously had different ideas on tarping systems and clearly the magnet sweep was ineffective because I have been picking up debris and small handfuls of nails and staples daily for the last 2 months since they finished the roof. I brought this up to the sales rep and he didn’t have much to say about it. I wish I hadn’t been in a time crunch, because I would have gone with a different company.

  They were here 5/26/23-5/27/23 the first day they cleaned up after themselves well. The second day they left trash and debris everywhere. Nails all over my front and back yard all over in my driveway and entry way. With no response from the company when i tried calling about 2 hours after they left 3:30pm. I would definetly recommend using a different company that can actually pick up their trash.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Briar in the office was incredibly helpful, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The crew did high-quality work, showed up on time, and kept everything clean. The roof turned out great. Highly recommend!

  Ironhead Roofing was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We had a full replacement done on an older roof, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The crew was professional, efficient, and did high-quality work — our new roof looks amazing and we feel confident it will last for years to come.
