  I met with a salesman a while back. He was really pushy. I've got several other quotes from other roofers that are a little less expensive and the salesmen are much more laid back. They didn't seem as desperate. Also, when my husband looked at their website and saw their looped video of a crew air nailing vented ridge, My husband said vented ridge should always be nailed with a hammer(he was a roofer in his younger days). He said the ridge will blow off because the nails go in too much. Over all use a better roofer.

  Have to edit this (01/01/2025). . Unfortunately. . . Did a cricket for me. Poor workmanship details. Uncaulked nail in water flow path, no kickouts, and poor caulking. (See photos) This caused extensive damage to my soffit, fascia, siding, roof sheathing, interior walls, post in crawlspace. Called them out twice and twice they sent the same guy. He did not fix it and it kept leaking. Thought it was a loose gutter end cap the first time and second time just slopped a bunch of caulk on. If they couldn't do a cricket correctly, I wouldn't trust them with a new roof. They did give me a full refund, no questions asked, but this nowhere covered my time and cost for repairing this. Fast forward 2 years and I'm getting new roof quotes. They had the highest quote out of my 10 quotes. They had DOUBLED in price from the quote 2 yrs. ago. I understand inflation but damnnn! I ended up getting a 26 ga. standing seam metal roof for only 3k more than Ironhead's shingle quote!!!! I have a basic hipped roof, 1 story, 1400 sq. ft btw. Nothing crazy. Every roofer that came out mentioned how the cricket was done poorly. Positives. They are responsive and show up on time. They give veteran discounts. I'd recommend Renaissance Roofing and or Alamo Roofing. They had wayyy lower quotes and have been in business for 20 years.

  Installed in the rain like idiots, left heavy equipment on the roof overnight despite coastal wind and left a huge mess behind. Deeply unprofessional. Look elsewhere. Hard to believe these guys have a license.

  Shady experience with this company. I needed a roofing inspection for my insurance. They scheduled a roofing inspection for me. Then they canceled my appointment saying that my roof was too new.

  I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, in the process of selling our home and was quoted $300.00 to do vent replacement according to the seller addendum. Roofer quoted the 300.00 but only stated on the quote to replace rings. When he showed up to do the repair and he was asked how come he wasn’t replacing the whole vent like stated in the addendum he became angry and said he needed to contact the real estate agent. At which point he began to argue with my husband about the work while on the roof and stated “he was out of here” because he didn’t want to complete the job stating it was “too hard”. He proceeded to then contact the sellers real estate agent and tell her that he had been screamed and yelled at ( which is an outright lie) and said he was not returning, then proceeded to tell the agent that the roof was rotted inside. (Again an outright lie) because he didn’t even take the cap off to look at anything. This company is terrible! Stay away from them and there over priced awful customer service. Ultimately we ended up contacting Alamo roofing( amazing company) that came out and did the job within an hour, the complete job and ONLY CHARGED US $140.00.

  Starting with the initial meeting with an estimator and continuing through installation, I have nothing but good things to say about Ironhead. They are a first class company with a hard working crew. Our new roof looks amazing. Zero mess was left after completion, the crew cleaned up everything. Everyone was very pleasant and courteous.

  I had an issue with one of our vents leaking last winter. I called Ironhead and they sent Dax too investigate the issue. He found that the seal had failed and it needed to be replaced. They gave a fair price and we are happy with their service!
