I chose James & Sons Roof Repair for my roof and exterior work, and I am very happy with the results. From the beginning, Marc was very helpful and easy to work with. He took time to explain the roofing options, shingle styles, material choices, and warranty coverage in simple terms so I could make the best decision for my home. After I made my choice, he kept me updated with regular emails and texts so I always knew the timeline before the crew arrived. Once the job started, the team was professional, organized, and worked hard each day. They handled the roof work with care, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was done the right way for long-lasting protection in the Florida heat and storms. The finished roof looked even better than I expected, and the cleanup was excellent. The crew left the property neat and clean with no mess behind. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing or exterior repair work.

If I could give Marc and the crew 6 stars, I would. I found James & Sons Roof Repair during a quick search and needed a fast roofing quote while getting our home ready to close after the inspection. Marc came out the same day, looked over …

I’ll start by saying the roofing project had a few small issues at first, including some disturbance to the landscaping and a few marks on the siding. What really stood out, though, was how quickly Braxton and Justin stepped in and handled …

I found James & Sons Roof Repair after checking out four other roofing companies. At first I needed help tracking down a roof leak, and later a few more leaks showed up in other areas. Each leak was located and repaired the right way, but after another spot started leaking, I decided it was time for a full roof replacement instead of more patch work. Marc, Justin, and Braxton were honest, professional, and easy to talk to through the whole roofing project. They took time to explain pricing, roofing materials, permits, scheduling, delivery of supplies, cleanup, and every other part of the job. I stayed very involved from start to finish and they made sure I felt comfortable with each step and that the work met my expectations. I also asked about adding an extra roof membrane between the underlayment layers for better protection, especially with the heat, rain, and storms we get in FL. They looked into it carefully, explained the options clearly, and were happy to accommodate the request. That gave me extra peace of mind knowing the new roofing system was built for durability and long term performance. The finished roof now has multiple protective layers and white concrete roof tiles, which should help with both weather resistance and energy efficiency. The reroofing work was organized, the crew kept the site neat, and communication stayed strong the entire time. If you like to ask questions, stay informed, and work with roofers who are straightforward and skilled, I would definitely recommend them in Suite Orange Park. They deliver solid workmanship, respond with honesty, and make sure special requests are handled the right way.

Our ceiling started leaking, and it was obvious the problem was coming from the roof right before a stretch of heavy Florida rain. I called that evening, and within an hour Marc called me back to set up an appointment. He arrived the next morning, inspected the roofing issue, went over the repair and replacement options, explained the estimate clearly, and secured the damaged area with temporary tarps while the roofing materials were being ordered. The full roof replacement was finished on schedule, stayed within budget, and looks excellent. The crew was professional, organized, and did solid work from start to finish. I reached out to Marc because in a past roofing situation he had been honest with me and explained that I did not need a full new roof at that time, just a few minor roof repairs that held up well for a long time. That honesty and experience gave me confidence to call again, and the service was just as dependable.

Above and beyond service from James & Sons Roof Repair. i had a leak on my porch roof, and after asking around for a roofer to check it out, Marc came by within about half an hour. He got up on the roof, looked over the flashing and the area i had worked on, and explained in simple terms what was causing the leak and how to repair it the right way. He gave me helpful advice about sealing, drainage, and the materials i should use so the roof would hold up better in the Florida heat and rain. I offered to pay for his time and roofing knowledge, but he would not take anything. That really showed me he is honest, professional, and willing to help people even when there is nothing in it for him. He took time out of his saturday to help a stranger, and that says a lot. When i am ready for bigger roofing repairs that i do not have the time or tools to handle, i know exactly who i will call.

The roofing team was amazing from start to finish. Marc helped us through every step of the process. We wanted skylights added, and the crew coordinated the roofing and construction work very smoothly. Everything was well organized and easy to follow. They checked all the boxes: clear communication, high quality roofing work, showed up when scheduled, fair pricing, respectful workers, and a thorough cleanup after the job. The team made the whole project simple and stress free. Great roofer, and I would gladly use them again for future roof repairs after Florida storms and heavy rain.

for a number of years, we have used this roofing company for a preventive roof maintenance program and have had only positive results. they inspect the roof twice a year to make sure the roofing system stays intact, properly sealed, and clear of organic buildup and other debris that could affect its watertight condition. they also keep the gutters clear, share updates about any damage caused by other trades working on the roof, and report on the condition of exterior sealants, drainage areas, and storm-related roof components. in florida heat and heavy rain, that kind of routine roof care really helps protect the building envelope and extend the life of the roof. we are very pleased to have them as a trusted roofing partner and would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, maintenance, or inspection services in Suite Orange Park.

I recently hired James & Sons Roof Repair to replace a damaged chimney cap that had started to rot and let water leak into my home. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, the whole process was smooth and professional. The crew was honest, hardworking, and easy to talk with, and they explained the roofing and chimney repair work in simple terms. The craftsmanship was excellent, and their attention to detail really stood out. They made sure the new chimney cap was installed correctly, sealed well, and matched the roofline nicely. In Florida’s heat, heavy rain, and storms, it gives me real peace of mind knowing the repair was done right by skilled people. They went above and beyond my expectations to make sure everything was completed properly and that I was fully satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or chimney repair work.
