The first three are Google’s own figures for Jag Roofing, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the New Mexico roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Horrible communication. Had to text the estimator a few times to respond back, ended up having to call office to approve quote after waiting a week to get it. They went and did the work without calling or scheduling with me, emailed office & estimator asking how to pay for quote and still have not answered me?!?! Maybe thats why they have 3.8 stars???

Very slow to respond, two weeks and several phone calls and no response to schedule the work. Pretty normal for the Carlsbad area though. I have seen their work and they do great looking work, I just wish they communicated better.

Jag did a great job installing my new metal roof. One year later I called because my roof is leaking. Lady I talked to stated that they would call me before they came out. i stayed at home all day friday and NO ONE called me. At least call and state when you can come and look.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 11 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 11, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Jag Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
