finding a roofing contractor was all new to me, and after getting several estimates, i chose brian because he seemed honest, experienced, and fully focused on quality work. when he even called to ask if he could clean up the debris after installing the new skylights, i knew i had picked the right roofer. brian did an excellent job on the roof, and he also helped coordinate related exterior work to make everything come together. the whole process was smooth, professional, and well organized. neighbors have stopped to compliment how much better the house looks, and many say it looks refreshed and almost brand new. i’m very proud of my home and extremely happy with the roofing work.

I had Jacksonville Roofing replace the shingle section of my roof around the A/C unit, and I was very impressed from start to finish. I contacted a few other roofing contractors first, but some never returned my calls or emails and another said they would schedule an inspection but never followed up. When I reached out, they called me back in about 15 minutes, and Brian was able to provide a clear roof estimate without me needing to be home. They stayed very responsive the whole time and answered all of my questions quickly. When the roofing crew arrived, they were polite, professional, and careful with the work area. They checked with me before replacing a damaged sheet of roof decking, which Brian had already explained might be needed because of the leak around that section. I appreciated the honesty and the good communication throughout the repair process. The crew finished the shingle roofing work in one day, the area around the A/C unit was sealed up properly, and the final cost matched the estimate exactly. The whole experience was smooth, dependable, and stress-free, and the roof repair turned out great.

I really appreciated Brian, who came out to inspect my roof after ongoing leaks. I shared the full history of the problem and asked a lot of questions, and he explained everything clearly. He was thorough, considerate, knowledgeable, and very understanding. The inspection felt detailed, and I felt confident about the roofing recommendations. Later, project manager Ezra arrived with the roofing crew and trainee Melvin. I asked him to check the interior water damage caused by the leaks, and he took the time to review everything carefully. He was informative, kind, personable, and easy to talk to. The whole team seemed organized and professional, and it was clear they knew how to handle roof leak issues and interior damage in a careful way. Excellent service from start to finish.

Excellent workmanship and great customer service. My wife and I are restoring an older home in Jacksonville with uneven roof ridges and hips, odd valleys, old chimney removal, and areas with missing or rotted fascia and drip edge. Before the new roofing system was installed, the old shingles and roof decking were in such rough shape that even a basic roof inspection felt risky. The roofing crew inspected everything carefully, gave us a clear estimate, and then went a step further by explaining how the roof work could also support the rest of our home restoration. They understood that we plan to add the chimneys back later, talked through our ventilation and insulation options, and paid attention to the style of the house so we could keep its original character, including the open soffit details. With their guidance, we picked the right shingles for both curb appeal and long-term performance in the Florida heat, rain, and storms. We expected the project to drag on because of the amount of roof repair involved, and we assumed the final cost would end up much higher than quoted. Instead, the crew stayed organized, protected the roofing materials during bad weather, kept the job moving, and the final price stayed in line with the estimate. Considering how worn out the roof was at the start, the result was impressive. The new roof looks outstanding, the flashing and trim details came out very clean, and several people have already told us how remarkable the home looks now. We are very impressed with the roofing work and would gladly use them again for future projects.

Ezra and his team are true roofing pros who delivered an outstanding result and gave us a strong, cost-effective option instead of an early roof replacement. Our tile roof was older and clearly showing wear, with faded color and a worn-out finish that made the whole roof look tired. We knew a full replacement could be a major expense, so we started looking into roof restoration and tile roof glazing as a better solution. After doing a lot of research and checking out other tile roofs they had restored, it became clear that their roof coating and glazing work was a very solid alternative to replacing the entire roof. Ezra worked closely with us through the whole process, helping us choose the right colors and finish to match the home and improve curb appeal. He was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly understood tile roofing, roof surface prep, and the best way to bring an aging roof back to life. The finished roof looks incredible and honestly better than we expected. The new finish gave the tile a fresh, updated look and blended beautifully with the rest of the house. In the Florida heat and sun, it was important to us to find a roofing solution that not only looked great but also helped protect and refresh the roof system without the cost of full replacement. This roof restoration service delivered exactly that. The whole crew was professional, hardworking, and detail-oriented from start to finish. They treated our home with care, kept us informed, and made the process smooth and stress-free. This is a unique roofing service that adds real value for homeowners with aging tile roofs. We are extremely happy with our restored and glazed roof, and we would absolutely choose this roofing team again.

We were referred to a local roofing company when our roof started leaking, and the response was quick. Ezra came out the next day and used a drone to get a clear view of the roof’s condition before also doing a hands-on roof inspection …

Stop right now and save yourself the time of searching for another roofer. After spending weeks comparing several roofing contractors, I finally chose this team and it was the right call. Terrence, Ezra, and the crew were professional, showed up on time, explained the roofing process clearly, and finished the roof replacement and gutter work exactly as promised. My roof had several major issues that other roofers pointed out during estimates but would not handle. This crew took the time to inspect everything, address the problem areas properly, and make sure the roofing system was done the right way. They paid close attention to the details, kept the work area clean, and made the whole project feel smooth and stress free. I am extremely happy with the results. If you need roofing and gutter work, stop wasting time looking elsewhere and go with a roofer that is reliable, skilled, and stands behind the work.

After meeting with 5 local roofing companies for estimates, we chose Jacksonville Roofing to replace our roof, repair soffit and fascia, install new gutters, and update a few exterior problem areas based on fair pricing and our first impression of their workmanship and customer care. We were very happy with the choice. brian was easy to work with and quickly answered all of our questions from the inspection through the final cleanup. The crew did excellent roofing work, paid close attention to detail, and finished the job fast while still keeping quality high. They also checked the flashing, gutter flow, and other important exterior details to make sure everything was ready for Jacksonville weather, heat, and heavy rain. Any small follow-up items were handled smoothly, and it really felt like our satisfaction mattered. we will definitely reach out again for future roofing projects because the whole experience was professional, efficient, and stress-free.

i love Jacksonville Roofing! Having work done on your home is usually stressful, especially a full roof replacement and new gutter installation in Jacksonville, but the whole process felt easy and well organized. ezra walked us through each step, explained the roofing details in simple terms, and made sure we knew what was happening from start to finish. Replacing a roof can feel chaotic, but the crew kept things moving smoothly and handled everything with care. They even went the extra mile by mowing the grass around the house so they could spot and remove nails and roofing debris after the job. That level of cleanup and attention to detail really stood out. It is great to find a roofer that does quality work, communicates clearly, and takes pride in the finished result. The new roof and gutters look great, and the whole experience gave us a lot of peace of mind. we really appreciate the hard work and feel confident calling them again anytime in the future.
