the opening call was answered by an actual person which is rare these days. estimate scheduled for two days later. the estimator showed up on time, knew his stuff, didnt try to sell me anything extra. install day crew was efficient and quiet. final walkthrough caught a small detail i wouldve missed

Replaced a section of roof where the old patches were lifting. New shingles blend in pretty well with the rest. Flashing around the skylight also redone and no leaks since then

Jack Roofing did our roof after hail wrecked the old one. Shingle color matched what we picked from the samples, and the edges look really sharp from the driveway. They swapped out two vents that got dinged up in the same storm. Roof sits flat, no waves or weird spots when you look up at it.

We've lived in Elmhurst going on 12 years and this year was the first time we needed major roof work. Started looking around in maybe March and talked to Jack Roofing sometime in April, I think. What stood out is that they didn't rush me into signing anything, just left the quote and said take your time with it.

Got three estimates total and Jack was the middle price which honestly made me trust them more than the cheapest one. Scheduling took about two weeks out which was fine. Day of they showed up at 7am sharp, had the dumpster already in driveway, whole thing wrapped before my kids got home !!

my house in Elmhurst has a really steep roof and two other contractors refused to even bid on the job because of the difficulty. Jack Roofing didn't seem fazed by it at all. got the quote on tuesday and they started the following week. getting the permit sorted was easy since they handled most of the paperwork for the village. watching them work was crazy they were so efficient getting the old layers off. found some rotten wood underneath near the gutters that needed replacing and they showed me photos before doing extra work so i knew i wasn't getting ripped off. total bill was close to the estimate even with the extra wood repairs. seeing the new roof now makes a huge difference. honestly relieved its done and i don't have to worry about the winter coming up.

I called about some missing shingles after the wind storm and they had someone over to fix it within two days. Very honest people and the repair cost was what they quoted.

Crew replaced my whole roof and it came out flawless. Shingles look even, no trash left behind, and everything feels tight. They even wrapped up earlier than expected.

A damaged roof deserves more than a quick guess and a tube of sealant. Leaks can travel beneath roofing materials, making the place where water appears indoors very different from the actual entry point. That is why homeowners looking for roof repair near me Elmhurst should rely on professionals who understand how complete roofing systems work. Skilled contractors can inspect shingles, valleys, flashing, vents, and penetrations to find the true cause of the problem. Once the source is identified, they can recommend a repair built to last instead of masking the symptoms. Your roof protects your home every day, so give it expert attention when something goes wrong. Contact a trusted roofing team and get the issue evaluated properly.Aug 13, 2026Call now
