Philip, Thank you for the review for the roof repair we did on your home. Wind and hail damage is the most common problem our Tampa area customers face... It can be a pain if not handled correctly. Happy to hear that Grant and the team took good care of you! Please let us know if we can help with anything in the future.

I couldn't be happier. Grant Wilson was my initial contact. It took a year but he worked everything out and made sure it was done correctly. We went above and beyond what was needed. He felt more like a friend. It was my pleasure and honor to have met and worked with him. Thank you Grant, and your crew. You guys are amazing.

J&M Roofing was a pleasure to work with and their company representative, Grant Wilson was absolutely outstanding. He provided the information we needed to make the best decision for our needs. He was knowledgeable about the roofing products they use and kept us informed from beginning to end. Their roofing crew was efficient and respectful as well. The entire project was 2 days start to finish. We were definitely impressed. We have recommended J&M Roofing to several people who inquired about them after seeing our roof and observing how efficient and respectful the company was. We absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable and quality company. Greg & Robin Vogt

In Hillsborough County, a metal roof outlasts two or three shingle replacements — yet most homeowners price shingles without factoring in what their insurance carrier will say when that roof turns 12 years old. Bobby Williams, GAF Master Elite specialist and FL-licensed insurance agent at J&M Roofing Brandon, breaks down how metal and shingle systems perform in Tampa Bay's heat, humidity, and hurricane season — and why calling your insurer before calling a roofer changes the math entirely.
