This company followed through with their quote and timely repairs. No price increase for a professional repair with good quality products. The technician prepared the areas with catch tarps for the materials he had to replace ensuring a clean work area. The technician discussed step by step instructions on the job. He was professional and knowledgeable about the type of repair work performed. They will be the company of choice I will call for future work.

A little over a month ago we woke up in the middle of the night to water pouring from the vent in the master bathroom. The next day we went to yelp to look for help and J&J Roofing replied almost instantaneously. They scheduled one of their guys to come out and assess the situation the next day. We thought there was only one issue but they also noticed a dip in the roof area over the garage, as well as additional issues from poor workmanship from Richmond American Homes sub-contractors. When it came time for to fix our roof, it was done in about a day and a half and involved more work than we originally expected. The team have all been great communicators and I'm happy that we've found our roofers for any future needs we may have. If there was anything to complain about I'd say it was having to wait a month, which was the soonest we could get scheduled for the repair, but we've been used to having to wait for these sort of things

I needed a new roof and gutters: after a couple of quotes, J&J was both the most professional company and the most affordable. They arrived at their scheduled times, completed the roofing work in a day. All the workers were very hardworking, kind and professional. Hopefully I don't need the services of a roofing company anytime soon, but if I do, I will definetly contact J&J again.

🌿 Do Not Let Moss Take Over Your Vancouver Roof Moss is part of the green Pacific Northwest landscape, but it does not belong on your roof. Vancouver Washington's combination of rain, shade, and moisture creates excellent conditions for moss growth on residential roofing systems. • 🌿 Remove moss before it becomes heavily established • 🧼 Clear organic buildup that can retain moisture • 🏠 Help maintain the appearance and condition of your roof Moss can grow between and around roofing materials, trapping moisture and potentially contributing to premature deterioration. Roofs beneath trees and those receiving limited sunlight can be particularly susceptible. J&J Roofing & Construction provides professional roof cleaning services for Vancouver homeowners who want to maintain their roofing systems and protect their investment. Proper roof cleaning is about more than improving curb appeal. It is an important part of preventative roofing maintenance in our wet Northwest climate. Late summer is an excellent time to address the moss that developed during the wetter months. Getting your roof cleaned now can help prepare it for the leaves, debris, and rainfall that arrive during fall. https://local.google.com/place?id=3985852483687839602&use=posts&lpsid=CIHM0ogKEOSv8vuCz_X8dQ7 hours agoLearn more
