Our outreach is limited and compliant, and we immediately honor any request to be removed from contact lists. If you received repeated calls, it’s very likely they came from a third-party marketing source or another contractor advertising in the area—not from our company. That said, we absolutely want to make sure this is resolved.   A salesman with zero logos on his vehicle approached me in my driveway as I was carrying very heavy items to my car at 9 months pregnant. He first asked if my husband and I were contractors, when I told him no, he said something about our roof I couldn’t hear and then told me they would be in the area tomorrow working or something. I told him we already hired a roofing company. He said well do you have a contract with them? When I told him no, he was like well we can do your roof… I said they’re friends of ours and he got super snoody with me and got in his car and left. Extremely disrespectful and the pressure sales is icky. Not impressed at all. I don’t care how quality their roofing is, if you’re not kind and considerate of people from the get go.

  Showed up at our door with predatory sales tactics!!! 🚩🚩🚩 So I got their card and added Justin and this company to our saved places to never ever ever use. Interestingly, we were just calling people today to find a roofer. But not these a-holes. Millennials don't respond to scare tactics or predators. Go away. We are soooooo sick of this!

  Zac and the team did such a good job replacing the damaged sheathing and installing a new roof and gutters. It looks amazing and they handled my dad, who has dementia, responsibly and respectfully. Great work, super communicative, done in under a week. Fair pricing. Great guys

  We had shingles blown off the roof during the last storm and were concerned that rain and wind will do long term damage. Zak arrived the same day, accessed the damage, provided pictures and quote, answered all my questions. Next day Zak and his team came first part of the day to do the repairs. They were quick and efficient. Special kudos to Zak and his team for going an extra mile and fixing/caulking other problematic spots outside of their main objective!

  Had a storm and other companies were 2 weeks out to look at roof, IRC came out the next day and inspected it for free. Got roof vent issue fixed within a few days. Quick, cheaper inspection cost than others and we're very easy to deal with.

  Thanks Zak for coming out so quickly! A couple of my vent covers had blown off. Zak put them back and secure them with nails and caulking. He also checked the rest for the cover and inspected the roof. Zach was very professional and knowledgeable on roofs and solars. Glad this all got done before the rain!

  We needed a new roof. We looked at a few different places but IRC Roofing made the best pitch. They were not the cheapest but after meeting with Zack he explained why the 'other guys' were cheaper. There is a right way to put on a roof and there is a cheap way. I'm glad we went with IRC and feel confident that our new roof will last.
