Alex the owner of Invoke went over and beyond giving me advice about a house I am trying to buy. I had to have my optional period done by 5pm that day and he got ahold of me to make sure I was taken care of. The roof had significant damage and he helped me with some reports to give along side an inspection to the sellers to ask them to repair it. They agreed to repair! Thank you for helping Alex! Honest, communicative, and attentive on deadlines.

We had a fantastic experience with Invoke Roofing, especially working with Duane Sparks. We first met Duane last year when my mom needed a roof replacement after a hail storm. It was her first insurance claim since my Dad passed, and Duane took the time to walk us through every step with patience, honesty, and care. He made what could have been a stressful process so much easier. What really sets him apart is his follow-through. He told us to reach out if we ever needed anything—and he truly meant it. Recently, he even stopped by to fix her attic entry and replace her air filter. Duane is professional, dependable, and genuinely cares about his customers. You don’t come across that kind of service often. Highly recommend Invoke Roofing—be sure to ask for Duane Sparks!

Was recently hit by a hail storm and had some guys prowling the neighborhood to check my roof the following day. The original group suggested I file a claim which I did. Josh was able to come by and provide a second opinion and let me know that I wouldn't have enough to file a claim. This led me to withdraw my claim. I am grateful for his honesty. Not only did he take the time and get on a very steep roof to take a look, but his honesty to doing thr right thing beyond just trying to get business is A1 in my book! Thanks, Josh.
