  Unethical company who ignores no soliciting signs and knocks multiple times uninvited. Alexander Alsey is the person who came on our property uninvited. Keep off private property uninvited!

  Knocked on my door. At first friendly, and sincere, but just a scam as usual! They tried to file a claim for me against my insurance company without my approval! Stay away.

  This company has been nothing but an issue for our neighborhood. They come by MULTIPLE times a week for at least a month, knocking on my door saying "we're doing the roof down the road (which in fairness they are) we want to look at your roof - you we can get you a free roof by putting in the insurance claim with your insurance company for your". First, I have told them I'm not interested more than once, then I told them I saw the news reports that no roofing company should ever put in a claim FOR you, I told them multiple times I work and teach classes from home to stop knocking, and further we have a no solitication sign and they still continue to push us and are relentless. Even if I were in the market for a new roof, I would NOT go with this company based on their sales practices and harrassment alone!

  Overall Rating: CI am writing this to provide honest, constructive feedback regarding our residential project that began in January 2026.First, the positives: The actual roofing crew did a terrific, high-quality job on the roof itself. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager, Alex Alsey, is a very dynamic individual who openly embraces his faith. He is pleasant to deal with, though it frequently felt like he was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of intricacies involved in running a roofing business. The project was finally closed out a month ago when I received my referral award.However, there is a significant area that needs improvement: subcontractor oversight. Through this company, I was referred to a gutter contractor under the impression they were part of the team, but they turned out to be a subcontractor (#1 Seamless Gutters, LLC). The gutter installation was grossly substandard.Due to personal medical and mobility issues, my wife and I could not inspect the high work ourselves. A separate screening contractor later pointed out to us that the gutters were installed completely incorrectly. The subcontractor claimed they had to do it that way because of old, rotten fascia wood.My main issue is communication: If there was rotten wood, why wasn't this brought to my attention before the work commenced so we could fix it properly? While Alex offered to have the original subcontractor return to fix the mistakes, the lack of initial transparency and the poor workmanship broke my trust in that vendor.To resolve the situation, I had to hire an independent, highly qualified gutter contractor. They quickly took down the damaged work, replaced the fascia around the entire house, and installed new gutters and downspouts correctly. This required an additional out-of-pocket expense of approximately $6,000.00 to rectify.The roof replacement itself deserves praise, but I strongly urge Interstate Roofing to implement stricter oversight and mandate that subcontractors communicate

  I had an outstanding experience working with Rajiv Goldman at Interstate Roofing. What impressed me most was how responsive and detail-oriented he was. He made sure the crew showed up on time, the job was completed professionally, and my property was left clean afterward. He genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right, not just getting the job finished. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, dependable, and willing to go the extra mile, I highly recommend working with him. It’s hard to find someone who communicates this well and follows through on every promise. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

  Austin W was our project manager and he was outstanding! The office ladies behind the scenes also had great communication and everyone I encountered throughout this process, had nothing but full thorough transparency every step of the way. The entire process was flawless from start to finish. Highly recommend Interstate Roofing and Austin W!!!

  My neighbor referred me to Austin Waugh with Interstate roofing, he helped them with their new roof process. He did the same for me & owners manual see if it’s I can’t get in there. It’s is it. It is the communication/consistent follow up with not only Austin Waugh, but his team at Interstate Roofing was flawless.   Impressed, happy, blessed, loss for words. My family feels blessed. We were recommended and referred to Austin at Interstate Roofing whom helped our neighbor directly across the street get their New Roof. After contacting him, he showed up and did a complementary drone inspection That same day and showed us that there was damage up there, So he put his ladder and boots on and climbed up steep Roof That we would never ever consider climbing on!!!! Showed us the photos and helped us to walk us through the process - Flawless experience. You can tell you Austin is a true veteran and that industry because Man. Word for Word, He delivered to the a T! Impressive.
