  You won't find me in your data base due to the fact I rent and it was done under my landlord name! I personally do not recomend. First off when roofing materials was delivered they chose to put the ladder, I should say they slammed(!) there ladder up against the front end of my vehicle and dented the bumper. Why they chose to even place it there when they had the whole house to choose from they chose to slam it into our vehicle. 2nd the day they did the roof they choose to set the ladder up right in front of our front door blocking entrance and exit through the door. Had to keep reminding them to stop throwing things in our garden. One kept acting so suspicious like he was casing the house out to come back later to rob. Did not feel safe because he acted so shifty.

  My experience with Core has not been the greatest. First, I had a lot of issues with their lack of communication for scheduling. Seemed like right after we signed their contract, we were put on the back burner. I was the one reaching out for updates. We were told during the contract signing they have in house crews. Then a subcontractor showed up at my home. All work that is done is subbed out. The roof, the gutters, etc, nothing seems to be done in house. The subcontractor who showed up at our home had told us they usually do astroturf and not roofing, we were assured by Core that this was not the case, but made us very uneasy, since the sub had said this. The roofing job was supposed to take 1 day, it took 3. Then left such a mess, nails and trash everywhere. My husband picked up more than 2 handfuls just in our driveway, then the supervisor came and filled up his magnet 3 times. The facia was pulled from the soffit when they removed our gutters and in one area, they completely removed our facia and didn’t reset it correctly. After complaining a lot, I got in touch with the operations manager. They sent their field supervisor out who was really nice, but he had stated he usually doesn’t do punch list items and would do his best. The job he did was not good and done incorrectly, so they had to send him back out to remove what he had done and redo it. Still doesn’t look the greatest. Seems like since they were so busy they sent any contractor that wanted the work and sent supervisors out to do punch list items instead of doing the job correctly the first time. They tried to rectify the situation, but by the end of it we were so tired of complaining and having them at our home, that we finally just said it’s fine, it’s done. I asked for an in person inspection which the county could not supply, not Cores fault by any means, but asked to be communicated to more about the inspection.   They need to see your insurance payout before they can give you your "free" estimate. Seems likely they "estimate" it will cost XX% more that what you're getting from insurance. No thanks.

  Hi there Melissa, I believe you account manager tried to explain that you are only responsible for your deductible and that the estimate provided by your insurance company sometimes misses some line or code items and then we work with your insurance to ensure that your entire roof is replaced up to code. We apologize if there was any confusion in explaining the process.

  I contacted Core Contractor Roofing on August 8th asking for an estimate for a new roof. They were quick to schedule a time to come to my home and inspected my roof and took measurements on 12th. I have still not received an estimate. Terrible customer service.

  Ok installers with minor problems but all other departments fail miserably with multiple people and numberous phone calls...not worth the hassle.

  DON'T DO IT! My experience with Core has been horrible . I started the process in Early June to replace my roof due to Hail damage in May 2017. It has been six months and it still has not been full complete . My insurance agent referred me to Core . I had trust in American Family and therefore signed the contract. Little did I know American Family and Core would go back and forth for months to agree on a price . During that process , I had to get two other estimates. Both roofing company's agreed to American Family price and I could of had it completely by them without any hassle . Core choose to put my roof on a day it was cold and started to snow . They got tar and glue on the siding of my home . My Roof looked horrible on the day of install . When I called to express my frustration I was told it will be fine . Seriously ? They informed me that once you have several warm days the shingles will adhere . I called the shingle manufacturer and spoke to their technical department and they clearly told me that if wind , snow , rain , dirt get under the shingle it will not adhere . It was clearly stated on their install instructions . I paid and outside contractor to evaluate my roof and the report show the north side is not sealed down . The city still has not signed off on my Roof . Now , I am headed into Winter with no reassurance this will be fix. The company's communication is so fragmented you are stuck. They blame the insurance company , the city etc...

  David Marsh inspected my roof this morning after two evening hail storms. David found normal wear/tear and very, very slight damage. Nothing that requires repair or compromises my roof. David was on-time, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Core Roofing Systems. I found this company to be honest and thorough.
