  BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought my home with an interlock roof on it. In October 2022 i had storm damage to multiple parts of my roof. The same day i reached out to interlock to schedule a time to have somebody come out and access the damage. I spoke with May and was told somebody named Alan would call me and schedule a time to get me an estimate to have my roof repaired. Alan never called me so sometime after i reached out to follow up. I was told that they were really busy and short handed so i would need to wait until January to have somebody out. Reluctantly i accepted because i had little choice, i wasn't interesting in replacing my entire roof because this shingle is specific to this company. The damage to my roof includes a basket ball sized hole in the roof decking and a damaged sky light. I managed to keep my home dry while waiting for January as requested. January comes i reach out to get scheduled, again im told Alan supposed to get in touch with me and i never get a call. I started calling May every week to follow up because i didn't want to be forgotten about. Now it is going into late February over 5 months since i initially reached out and I still haven't not received a call from Alan. If the company didn't want to do the job, they should have said that in october when i reached out. I think they never had any intention of coming to repair my roof and just fed me lies. I would think twice before you deciding to purchase one of these expensive Interlock Roofing systems because they clearly have no interest in servicing roofs they have already installed and they'll string you along for months instead of just being up front about it.

  Your home is your greatest investment, sheltering you from the storms. Don’t nickel and dime yourself when choosing a roof, you get what you pay for. We chose Interlock aluminum roofing for our house,and are totally pleased with it. Aluminum doesn’t rust period. The current rage of steel roofing is a racket preying on uninformed consumers who want something for next to nothing. Steel roofs are coated to prevent rust. However, once these coatings wear off rust sets in. I have personally seen an 18 year-old steel roof with significant rusting after the coating was gone.   After a hail storm left my roof damaged, I started to look at metal roofing as a stronger solution than the traditional shingle. I came across Interlock Metal Roofing and gave them a call. Our home is an older Cape Cod style and has little attic venting, which has caused us cooling problems over the years, so I was also hoping that this could be solved with metal. John from Interlock came and gave our roof an inspection, pointed out areas that had damage, and explained how they could add a raised deck such that it would allow the roof to be vented much more efficiently. We looked at the products available, and chose a shingle look metal roof. When the installation began about 8 weeks later, Jesse and his crew arrived. This team were great to work with. They put protection up for our windows, as well ad made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. This installation took about a week and we love the result. The upstairs is now cooler on hot days. There is no sound from rain on the food (some had warned us us it would be loud, but we can't hear anything), and we've had a number of compliments from passers by. A great product, and a great team from initial contact through to completion.

  Not only was the sales process easy, the installation guys were very respectful of my neighbors and my comfort while they were working. Now that it’s done I absolutely love the roof. It’s already made a huge difference in my electric use for cooling the house!

  From the start of our decision to invest in a metal roof Inter-Lock was amazing. John our sales person took the time to explain the components of the roofing material and the timeline for completion. May from their office staff also was consistent in keeping us up to date on materials and the progress of our roof.The crew that arrived to install the roof was professional and very respectful of our home. They kept us informed and answered any questions we had as our roof was installed. Highly recommend Inter-Lock we are so happy with our new roof and have received many compliments from neighbors.

  Interlock Metal Roofing is an amazing company to do business with. My salesperson John was professional and knowledgeable. It is a big investment, but absolutely worth it. The installation crew was on time, hardworking and conscientious. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a roof to last 100 years!
