  We cannot recommend this business due to our disappointing experience as homeowners. Despite paying them in full, they failed to pay their supplier, resulting in a lien being placed on our home. Although the issue was eventually resolved, it caused significant stress and inconvenience. The project involved replacing our metal roof, which was a significant investment for us. However, their lack of planning and communication left our home exposed during two major storms. After removing the existing metal roof, they covered the house with plastic sheets and failed to provide a clear timeline for the installation of the new roof. What began in July was not completed until late October. While the quality of the new metal roof installation was satisfactory, the delays and operational issues highlight a lack of professionalism and effective management. We strongly advise caution to anyone considering their services.

We recently had some changes to our accounting department and am very sorry that this occurred, however, we are glad we were able to get it resolved quickly. The most recent job we found for you was approximately 18 months ago when we had to cancel your project due to some structural damage. If this is the source of your dissatisfaction, please know that we do not typically cancel jobs, however, in this case we are not licensed to complete any structural work. It was in your best interest at that time to contract a licensed general contractor and possibly a structural engineer to ensure your home was structurally sound to protect you and your family.   DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company hasn’t paid a subcontractor I regularly use. They never return phone calls either. Didn’t want to use small claims and file liens but their hands are tied. Ashley King hasn’t returned any of my calls.

  Awful experience! Signed the contract back in September and they never showed up. We called several times and we kept getting “we will call you back to get you scheduled in 3-5 business days.” Never showed up. We started calling every other day and still nothing. Our roof leak has gotten significantly worse since this process and now the job is going to be bigger. If they didn’t think the job would make them enough money then they should be up front about it and not keep telling us they are sending someone out. We are now going with a different company.

  Aug 11 they replaced our roof. The supervisor left and wasn’t here ALL DAY! They didn’t finish a part, cut our siding, over sprayed on to our siding, and ruined our gutters. After repeated trying to get in contact to rectify it took until October 11 to fix it.

  Situation on-going. Purchased new roof 4 years ago with life time warranty. Current potential problem developing with roof shingles but need a warranty inspection before any work can proceed. Going on 3 weeks and still waiting for someone to call me back with an appointment date for inspection. Frustrated! Do you put me on the back burner because I have a warranty so you may not get paid this job? Honor your contracts.

  Pat, we're sorry you are even having to deal with this warranty issue. We can promise you that we're doing our part to help facilitate the warranty claim. We understand you're frustrated, we hear you and we get it. These warranties have to go through the manufacturer. We can not call in a warranty claim or process a warranty claim without the approval of the manufacturer who owns the warranty. It has nothing to do with not getting paid or putting you on a back burner. We're sorry for all the frustrations. We can assure you that we'll get this resolved together.

  Out of the few roof companies I communicated with for a metal roof replacement; RoofCrafters was the one we chose. First, the professionalism of Joseph Martinez, who was the first face of RoofCrafters we came across with (as he did the roof assessment and provided the quote), was outstanding which gave RoofCrafters a good reputation. Second, it didn't matter how many different quotes I requested (with different materials ext) RoofCrafters was the one to provide it with no issues and in a timely manner (Thanks to Joseph & Sandy). Most importantly, RoofCrafters has a representative or POC for each step of the process, I know that they're all a team and each person contributed to the success of the roof replacement. However, Sandy Shaw, made this entire process seamless and enjoyable. She made the entire team shine by always being available to guide, answer any questions, or clarify information. Not to mention, her persistence and quick communication is what encouraged us to work with RoofCrafters. Thank you again Sandy.

  I had a leak in my roof and they came out and patched the roof while we waited for the insurance company to complete all the paperwork. They completed the roof in one day. They used quality materials and have a great warranty.

  It wasn't the cheapest estimate it got, but it was the best. Connor Woods from RoofCrafters was the only one who knew what my problem was and the proper way to deal with it - Mod Bit. Now I've got this perfect roof on my 750 sq ft shed that I plan to turn into a man cave. From the first inspection to the installation and all the service in between, everything was great and I'd highly recommend RoofCrafters.

  We were in the process of selling our home and the home inspector found some stains on two beams in our attic he believed to be evidence of a leak. Conner Woods came out and did an inspection of the suspect area and found no leak. Conner was knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend Conner and RoofCrafters.
