  Marcos and company apparently only care about big jobs. He came out to look at a roof leak, told me he would be back with a person that would actually fix the leak. Called a few times with bs excuses(I spilled coffee on my notes, c'mon really. The old dog ate my homework story). Called Monday, said they would fix the leak Tuesday. Guess what? My bad, I forgot to ask which Tuesday? Should have thought of the future bigger picture, or who I may know, and possibly recommend. Got an actual company that came out same day, signed contract to repair, scheduled a date to fix, no $ up front.

  Sorry mr. Moxham, I got overwhelmed on prior repairs that were already scheduled. I’m happy to know you got it repaired. Also in my defense ,I never gave you a price or figured out where the leak was coming from! Also not sure why you mentioned anything about money? We never ask for money upfront on repairs. Again I’m sorry and hope you have a blessed day!

  Integrity Roofing does not deserve the name. They re-roofed our 21-year-old house last April 2021 and dropped a ladder through our front porch window, which they have yet to repair or replace. The roof they installed leaks and directs water to our front porch. The latest fellow they sent out today (Matthew) told us it was a design defect, but it sure didn’t leak like this before they re-roofed it. We now have mold and mildew in our master bath. We can’t keep a welcome mat on the front porch anymore because every time it rains, the whole porch gets soaked. We’ve given this company every chance to make it right, but they have failed. Do not recommend. As nice as some of their employees are, they don’t keep their promises. Hard pass!

  Ma’am, we broke the outside pane on a double paned window. Which we gladly tried to replace, but the contractor working on your home insisted we replace the entire window. The window went from 5k,8k and have a claim filed and in process for a 10k window. The insurance has called you with the details, which you told me you spoke with the insurance agent. You have a gutter with no downspout, so water just goes straight in the wall. There’s new solar panels installed on two slopes above the master bathroom. We performed numerous water test starting above the panels and have leaked. We can’t warranty new shingles with new solar panels installed after replacement. I’m sorry but We’ve done everything we can to assist you. Your gutters improperly installed is what’s causing water on the front porch by the door mat.

  Marcos and his crew were awesome from start to finish. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. They protected everything around the house before they began working and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Pricing was also very reasonable. They are coming back to do an addition for me as well. I highly recommend them.

  I had a new roof installed by IRCS about 2.5 years ago, and the quality of their work has held up beautifully. As I'm no selling my home, the inspector found a small issue--nothing major-- and I reached out to Marcos, who handled the original install. Marcos responded immediately and cam out right away to take care of the issue. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough. It's rare to find a company--and a person--who stands by their work years later with this level of care and responsiveness. I couldn't be happier with the service I received then and now. If you're looking for a roofing company that truly takes pride in their work and treats customers with respect, look no further. Highly recommend!

  Marcos and his crew were absolutely amazing. He thoroughly inspected my roof, checked the attic, checked other areas and explained everything to us before an estimate was given. His estimate came in more than fair and the work done was top notch. Highly recommend for all your roofing needs!

  Marcos was referred to me by a friend and I certainly wasn’t disappointed! We had to reschedule because of rain, and this was communicated so I knew exactly what was expected and when. The crew did a great job and Marcos followed up with a video of the new roof, and attended to some cosmetic issues per my request. He went above and beyond and I can’t thank him enough. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone with roofing needs!

  Integrity Roofing was referred to us and was an excellent choice. Marcos came to our house, gave us an estimate and replaced our roof all in one week. The workmanship was outstanding and extremely professional. We would highly recommend them if in need of roof repair.

  From start to finish, Marcos made the process easy to understand and was timely in responses. He walked me through the insurance process and picking materials and provided breakdowns of the materials he'd use. He told me when to expect the crew the night before and showed up throughout the day to supervise and inspect his crews progress throughout the day. The crew was also great, being able to manage their own time as well as a few odd requests I had. At the end of the day they cleaned up after themselves and ran a magnet several times to double and triple check nothing was left. After the job, Marcos maintained contact and timely responses to see the job through to completion and came back several times to sweep with a magnet again. I've heard horror stories of other roofers, but Integrity Roofing put me at ease and delivered a great roof in a timely manner.

  Integrity Roofing Claims service was referred to me by two of my Physician Assistants who had their roofs replaced. They were so pleased with Integrity that they insisted I give them a call. I contacted Integrity RCS with the intention of just having a couple shingles that had blown off my roof replaced. Marcos, the owner, came out the following day. After he inspected my roof, he informed me that I had more damage than just a couple of shingles missing. He informed me that I had hail damage. He took pictures of the damage and showed me. Initially the insurance company denied the claim but after a re-inspection was requested, they approved the claim. Marcos told me that he would put more hail resistant Category 3 shingles on the roof along with synthetic underlayment instead of the typical felt underlayment. He also said he would replace any wood boards that are bad. He did just that. His crew did a phenomenal job. As I watched his crew work, they were very efficient and professional. Each member had a specific job and they preformed it well. The end result was a beautiful roof, no debris left behind and no damage to my property. The company truly lived up to its name, Integrity. Marcos impressed me with how well he presents himself and how he engages the client. We had a few in depth conversations and I feel that I have a newfound friend. I learned Marcos is a subject matter expert on roofing and that he is honest and trustworthy. He is just a down-to-earth good guy. I would recommend for anyone to use Integrity Roofing Claim Service. You will be pleased.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Integrity Roofing. They showed up on time, kept us updated with pictures on each part of the job and completed it quickly. The roof looks great. Marcos is very professional and we would recommend his company to anyone.

  Tear off and new shingles in a day ! He happened to have a cancellation we took the opening. They did a great job! Took photos throughout the process . Marco and his team were professional, and did a clean up ! Highly recommend.

  Marcos with Integrity roofing is awesome. I had a tree fall on my roof over the weekend. Him and his guys got out there ASAP to complete roof repairs. The roof repairs look great. I would recommend 10/10 times!

  From start to finish, Marco's and his crew were top notch! Not having a clue how to even begin figuring out insurance and whether I just needed a few shingles replaced or a whole new roof, Integrity did all the leg work for me. They were so kind, helpful and efficient that I can NOT say enough positive things. If you need anything roof related, don't hesitate to call. This company is legit! You couldn't ask for a more professional and caring group of people to help you with all the details. My roof looks amazing and they were able to get my insurance to cover the whole job. THANK YOU!
