  This company came highly recommended to me. I called and talked to a man who appeared knowledgeable about his schedule. He was suppose to come out to look at my roof the next day. He said he would call me when he was an hour out from me to look at my roof. He never showed up or never called and i waited all day. This tells me all i need to know about this company.

  I just had my asphalt shingle roof replaced by Red Fox, and I have to say that I was incredibly impressed across the board. They did a meticulous job, were very careful with my landscaping, left the place very clean, and it's clear from my visual inspection (as well as from the drone pictures they provided) that the quality of their work is very high. I met Mason from Red Fox when he was replacing my neighbor's roof. Impressed by what I witnessed, I asked him to provide a quote for mine. He was prompt, thorough, and explained the various options well. He also discussed potentially servicing the tin part of my roof, but wasn't fazed when I decided to delay that work to a later date. No hard sell, which was much appreciated. The price he quoted me was also very fair, to be honest it was cheaper than I expected. I get the sense that the company does not see these jobs as purely transactional. It seemed clear that they are not only trying to keep a customer for life, they are seeking to expand their business through word-of-mouth recommendations. This type of attitude is rare these days, and is great to see. I would absolutely recommend them for roofing jobs. They're actually starting work now on another neighbor's roof. It seems inevitable that they will eventually replace all the roofs on the block. 🙂

  Red Fox Roofing replaced all shingles on my roof. Mason was responsive throughout the project and provided information regarding materials and costs. He and the crew were punctual for all scheduled appointments. The roof was completed in one day and looks great.
