  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Communication was poor from the beginning, deadlines were missed repeatedly, and no effort was made to keep me informed. The overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I expected much better quality and customer care.

  I usually never post reviews but this needs to be said. I needed miscellaneous exterior repairs completed in preparation for painting, which included a few pieces of cracked or damaged fiber cement siding, some rotted trim boards, etc. Nothing major. I had interviewed several other companies before Rennison, and was not impressed. Lloyd came to the house. He seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Took pictures of everything. I told him that if they found anything else needing repair to take care of it all. I did not want my painter to have to do anything but paint. Plus, all the reviews I could find for this company were good 🤔. The quote I received was extremely high but I wanted everything done properly with attention to detail and Lloyd gave me confidence this company would do this for us. They asked for a deposit and said they’d let me know when they could begin. I waited months. I called and asked if they’d forgotten me. Lloyd called and said they “couldn’t get the materials” and they would drive to N Carolina to get them. 3 workers arrived. When they finished I expected Lloyd to come by and inspect their work but he didn’t. When my husband and I went out to inspect we were upset and disappointed at the poor quality of some of the work. Hardie Board was cut short in several places and gaps left with no caulk. Caulking around a replaced door was so bad I had to smooth it out myself. 2 of the replaced trim pieces around windows were placed in rotted sills that should have been replaced when discovered by the workers and sloppily caulked around. Some rotted, damaged Hardie I didn’t see was left unrepaired. Some of this was discovered by my (excellent) painter Now we have to hire another contractor to fix these issues and my painter will have to come back to finish his work. As an aside, when we told the painter what we paid for this he audibly gasped. I did not want this company back to fix anything as my philosophy is if you can’t do a job right the first tim

  had an appointment set up for them to come inspect my roof at 12 noon. At 1 pm we left the house having them not show up or call to say they would not be there. Did not leave a very good impression with us.

  I can't attest to their quality of work. However, their sales person promised to come out to my property to get me a quote on replacing windows and new siding, but he never showed up.

  All I can say that if someone is spending 16K on a project it should be perfect! A two day project took 6 days, which would of been fine, if it was perfect. Owner and project managers are great at standing around. They cannot even communicate with their crew, as to what to do to make the customer happy. I trusted them to do right by me and all I got was disappointment. Now I gotta live with what I got! Do your homework. Buyer beware.

  Unbeknownst to me, I had a small limb puncture the roof over my garage. When it was called to my attention and I contacted Rennison, the project manager came out within a day, gave me a price and repaired it the next business day. Thankful it was done so quickly, as we had several inches of rain later in the week.

  I purchased and replaced an outside entry door through Rennison Roofing.   Rennison installed James Hardie fiber cement siding products, which replaced existing vinyl siding on a previous house addition and also replaced vinyl ceilings on our front and back porches. Rennison also installed James Hardie vinyl facia and soffits to replace similar items of a different brand that had deteriorated over time. The new materials all seem to be very high quality and the installation process was excellent. The work crew showed up every single day for 7 work days and diligently worked full work days each day. They were friendly and responded well to my specific requests. I would hire them for any similar future needs, and I recommend them to others.
