  My neighbor recently got a new roof through Modern Roofing and I have to say it is the ugliest “new roof” I’ve ever seen. I’m sure they are great people but the shingles have extreme granule loss and seem to be B Grade. There is no drip edge which is required according to building code R905.2.8.5. For a new roof this is sad to see.

  Door to Door salesman. Passed: not 1, not 2, but 3 no soliciting signs on the way to my door and then had the nerve to hang it below a no soliciting sign. Why would you ever trust a company that can't follow simple instructions?

  Company is unaware what no soliciting means, leaves trash on my front door, and disturbs my peace when I work nights

  This business unfortunately follows unethical business practices. A Sales Representative visited my home for an quote for roof repair and replacement. After the inspection, he immediately tried to get me to sign a document to give them the consent to speak with my insurance agent. When I read the information at the very bottom it stated once I signed the document, I have given consent for Modern Roofing to be my choice for roof repair work. He kept insisting that I give him my claim number but I wouldn't give it to him. I wanted to speak to other businesses and especially a business that does things the right way instead of using deception tactics. After awhile the sales representative got tired of reaching out so his general manager reach out and said we haven't heard back from you. I advise him that I'm just waiting on my quote. He replied we can give you a quote until I signed the document. I was blown away by this response. Even the GM, is using unethical practices to get business. I spoke with 3 other businesses and they gave quotes without me signing anything. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy. I wonder how many other people they force themselves upon.

  Very pushy even after they failed to get me approved, hired a different company and got approval for the roof , they came back when they saw materials in the driveway and threatened me saying I owed them 15% for not using them … terrible way to do buisness

  Hi Tommie, thanks for letting us know of your concern. After looking further into your project, we do see were your first claim was denied by your insurance company a year ago. But, after you opened another claim, we did in fact get your claim approved after a previous contractor your were working with neglected to provide the proper documentation to get your roof approval.   When you see what looked like a POV drive reckless on the road and overtake several vehicles in wet conditions When they know thier lane ends ... it makes me think how unprepared they would be on an installation. Maybe if you wanted to drive that way . You might keep your company logo off your vehicles back glass. Doesn't look good for the company. Black new truck.

  Had 3 other companies say they could get my roof replaced due to storm damage through state farm. Didn't happen. However, Modern Roofing did, Jordan was outstanding, the company was outstanding, and it didn't take long at all. Very professional.

  Marcus Domenech, was my representative to our insurance company, we had some sever damage to our roof from 2014 to 2026. He was a very professional young man! He handled his responsibilities himself, he was very honest with myself and my wife! If he didn't have the answer he didn't blow any smoke. That was very important to us. Thank you Marcus and project manager Doug. Happy Wife is happy life!

  I had attempted to get my insurance company to repair my roof, two years prior. I was turned down on several locations. Jordan Gamble knocked on my door and told me that he would be able to assist with my roofing issues. I politely declined and told him that I already went down this rabbit hole and that it just was not going to work. He told me he was up for the challenge and that they were known for providing great work. I agreed and got my roof replaced, the job took one day and they cleaned up behind themselves. I had great customer service. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

  I dealt with Anthony during the entire process and he was very honest easy to work with and professional. The day of my installation the guys came early set up tarps to protect my house and plants. They did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof!

  I want to recognize Anthony and his team. I had a new roof installed. The roof is beautiful and the team who installed it were fantastic.   My roofers name was Anthony Rauch and he did an AMAZING job taking care of me through the entire process. He was there every step of the way, and when I got the call that I had been approved to have my entire roof fixed... words cannot explain how greatful I was. Anthony is definitely someone I would recommend for all of your roof approval needs! He's an asset to the company and a true gem as a person!
