Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 5 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
The only one or two-star review we hold for Instant Roofing.

These scumbags did a flat roof at our house before we bought it. It was done incorrectly, causing it to leak(we were unaware of this until months after we bought our home). We called them and when they came over they said that it wasn't their problem because we weren't the ones that hired them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Loved this company. Very knowledgeable. Roof repair looks great. I can't even see where the chimney used to be

Josh did a great job dealing with the insurance company to get full coverage. It was a long process but he never gave up. The men who actually did the roof worked very hard & it looks great!

Josh and his crew provided nothing but the highest level of service on our home as we had significant roof and gutter damage. Not only did they provide the most competitive rate for the work but were also timely, professional, and executed complete daily clean up. The work came in top shelf and honestly we hardly noticed they were on site during the job. Follow up has been regular and thorough and we will definitely recommend Instant Roofing as well as have them return if necessary. Thank you again!

Very professional estimate was given same day, with all licenses and referrals. Crew was clean and proffessional. The new roof looks great and could barely tell any work was done after each day cleanup.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Instant Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
