  Was going to have them quote a project. Scheduled online. Received follow up call from a lady in Scheduling. Answered a few questions. Only to be asked if I was married. I stated yes. They asked if my wife would be present. I stated no. Only to be told they cannot do the appointment without my wife there. But could reschedule.. I understand they want to quote and sign immediately for business. But making a educated decision with multiple quotes is the most logical decision to make when making a large purchase like a home repair. For a business to state she has to be there is ridiculous and is a poor way to conduct business. Unfortunately I have taken my business elsewhere and wish the best of luck to this business and that poor standard.

  This is by far one of the worst contractor experiences we have ever had. I was told a roof would be done in 2 days and 2 1/2 months later there are still flaws. 3 different crews throughout the process and so much lawn, siding and landscaping ruined during the roofing. Continually picked up trash left behind from the crews, not only in our yard but both neighbors. First crew put on scratched metal from get go, did not know how to do existing roofline correctly, made a mess of the white siding so badly, the company had to pay my power washing company to come out and power wash entire house. Blood and black handprints all on our siding. Trying to get things fixed after was a chore as well, had to contact an attorney to advise on proceeding due to the battle and time it took to get it addressed. We strongly encourage people to use other metal roofing companies as this was just pis poor work and follow through. They lost 6 referrals we had in place for them. Be wise in your choice of contractors.

  Christina, Its surprising to see negative feedback from you as we did have a couple of issues during your install that were all addressed and 100% handled to your satisfaction according to our documented conversations. We did not collect any payment from you until we received the green light that you were in fact satisfied. We also went to the extent of discounting the original contracted price by thousands due to the inconvenience the process may have caused you. The discriminatory comments that you made along the way regarding our crew showed that our morals and values do not align and perhaps we should have ended things there, but we always see our work through to the end. We take our reputation very seriously and we are sorry that you still feel unhappy. We did everything we possibly could to insure that you were a satisfied customer, but we see now that we were not the best fit for you. We hope your future endeavors are more successful.

  Very honest and great company to work with. Very professional and pay attention to detail. If they say they are going to do something it's done and done right. Had to tear off shingles and did an excellent job of clean up. Steel roof looks wonderful and I will never have to worry about shingles blowing off or roof leaks again.

  These guys were great! We got our new metal roof on in one day! They started around 7:30 am and were leaving by 6:30 pm. They completely cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

  Very friendly , made it as simple as possible for us . We had damage from a tree and they made us a priority to get it fixed . They made the repairs before the set day we had on contract which was great for us

  Hands down one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. From the estimate to the completion of my roof Indiana Metal Roofing Systems were professional and their crews top notch! They showed up and with in one day had my new roof installed and it looks great! They went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect. I am equally impressed by the way they left my house when done. Not a speck of debris was left behind! If you are on the fence about getting a metal roof I would highly recommend this company they are fairly priced , professional and deliver on what they promise. Thank you again for doing such a great job and I will be recommending you to friends and family.

  The team did an excellent job on my home. I had a few contractors come out and give plans and bids. My house needed some structural work as well as 2 layers of shingles removed. IMRS had the best price for doing all of the work. I was pleased with the speed and attention to detail. The crew did a great job with cleanup.
