The first three are Google’s own figures for Inc., read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Florida roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 3 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Inc.. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
Other reviews we hold
3 more of the 3 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

If Google would let me give scott waldon 5 additional stars I would. In may 2022 I was basically at ground zero for a huge hail storm. Total property damage was over 30k. IMMEDIATELY after the storm my neighborhood basically was under seige by scam roofers going door to door. I got so tired of chasing those dudes off of my property. Fortunately, through word of mouth I heard about waldon roofing. That he uses weather proof peel and stick, shingles with a Kevlar strip for nail retention, superior roof venting, etc etc etc. I'm so happy I made the call. He will truly treat your property like it was his own.

Scott was excellent to work with. Very professional, and went way beyond just replacing our roof. Discovered some unforseen problems and took care of those items in the cost. On time and will be there. Highly recommend.

Waldon Roofing did an excellent job. He was very professional and gave us a detailed contract on everything he would do and materials being used. I recommend him highly.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Inc.. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
