  I have been dealing with Image roofing for my roof since April 2024. It’s very difficult to get them on phone and they don’t respond to the emails either. During April 2024, I was dealing with Mr. Matt and now Mr Evan , the owner Mr. Shayne is not reachable most of the time. I don’t see this company is reliable since even multiple phone calls and emails, they don’t do their job. Thank you

  Mr. McCaffrey, Sorry to hear about your water heater breaking and damaging your ceiling. A few things in your review I'll respond to. Your pool was covered and at times debris still can get into it. We made sure that it was cleaned. Your job was installed and completed on July 18th, and it is common for the water heater exhaust pipe to be reconnected while installing the base flashing on the roof. We never need to move water heaters, when they are full of water a 40-gallon water heater weighs about 460 lbs. we never attempt to move them. We installed your roof on July 18th, you contacted us on July 23rd at 11:53 pm, That's 5 days later. The photo you sent us shows corrosion on the pipes. It truly is disappointing to hear about your water leak, but I know we had nothing to do with it. If you need a referral to a good plumber please let us know. Thank you for your business. Shayne

  Image Roofing put a roof on for me approximately 10 months ago. In that time, I have had to contact them on two separate occasions. The first time I noticed one of the vents was not rotating and the second time was about a leak on a vent and additionally a small section of shingles, approx 16 inches by 6 inches, that had come off in a storm. For the vent not rotating, I had to contact him twice to get it fixed after I was told someone would be out that week. When I first contacted Shayne about the other two issues he said he would be out within a week again. Two weeks went by and never reached out to me. I reach out to him and he apologized, said he had been doing "training" in Dallas and came out later that day. I'm not sold on the leak fix, but he said he would be back for the section of shingles that blown off. He never contacted me back. Shayne comes off as a very nice and apologetic individual, but twice he has "forgotten" to follow through with what he has told me. I think if you have no issues with your roof, this company will leave a good impression, but if they need to fix anything, good luck. I find this an unacceptable characteristic for the owner of a company. I cannot recommend this company.

  Terrible experience. Shane told me for weeks he would come by and look at a simple roof repair after the storm. Through my persistence he did come by and then kept resetting the date he would fix it. Just now he finally called and said that because he has to buy a new pickup he isn't able to do my repair. Frustrating on my side as I have lost weeks of getting it fixed.

  Jimmie Lawless was flawless! Due to a tornado, my roof needed to be replaced and solar panels managed in order to fix my roof. Jimmie and his team worked with the insurance company, found me other solar companies, offered suggestions and alternatives, and did all the legwork. I highly recommend Image Roofing and Jimmie!

  Image Roofing was was extremely helpful when we discovered we had a leak around the chimney. They came out the next day to inspect the roof. They were honest about the damage, and had our roof fixed in less than a week for a very reasonable price. I would recommend Image Roofing for anyone in the Deer Park, La Porte, Pasadena area.

  My roof was in really poor shape and very expensive to replace. Shayne came along and offered his services at an affordable rate and exceeded expectations. He's a great business man and has a kind heart. I would recommend his company to everyone.
