I stopped by spoke with I believe the owner asked if he could stop over and give me a roofing estimate he said he knew where I wasI was located would call me in the next day or so or give me a call that was 2 weeks ago . I've heard or seen nothing.

  Reply from the business

Ed, when we tell somebody we'll reach out or show up somewhere, you should be able to take that to the bank. I'm sorry if we dropped the ball this time -- this isn't typical for us. Sorry again, and I hope Tony the owner was able to express his apologies for the delayed phone call. Tony expressed he was able to finally meet with you onsite. Thank you Ed for the review. Good luck with your project. Ideal Roofing

We worked with Ideal Roofing following significant hail damage that occurred in our neighborhood. Our representative Jason worked with us and our insurance company and took care of the majority of the claim process, negotiated the proper price, and gave us a fair and straightforward estimate. We were kept up to date throughout the process, and while there were several roofing companies working on our street at the time, Ideal seemed to work through the process more quickly than the others. Our actual roof work was completed mainly in a single day even though we have a good amount of surface area between our house and garage. We had a good experience working with them and I would recommend them over other roofing companies in the area to anyone going forward.

  Reply from the business

Mike, thanks so much for taking the time to write this. When that hail storm hit your neighborhood, I know how stressful it got with all the different roofing companies swarming the street. Insurance claims can be incredibly cumbersome for a homeowner to navigate, so I’m really glad Jason was able to step in, take the wheel on the paperwork, and keep things straightforward for you. We always focus on getting the job done in a timely manner, but we only pack up and head out after we know our work is absolutely pristine and your yard is completely clean. I'm glad the crew was able to deliver on that and knock out both the house and the garage so smoothly. I truly appreciate you trusting us with your home, and your recommendation means the world to a local business like ours. If you ever need anything down the road, you know where to find us!

I got three estimates on a roof I needed replaced, decided to give ideal roofing the job. Local business local crew. He came with an estimate and a print out even before he got to the job site, good communication throughout the process from start to finish, and had a new roof on in under a week, they did an amazing job and it looks great. If you’re in need of roof repair/replace give them an opportunity

Tony came out to do a quote for me because my homeowners insurance said my roof was too old to insure. He inspected the roof and found it to be in good condition, and was even able to identify the company that put my current roof on. On top of that he called them and helped coordinate getting me the paperwork for my current roof! Most other companies would have just taken the opportunity to sell me a new roof even if it wasn't needed. Very much appreciate Tony's honesty, and will absolutely be calling Ideal when it does come time to put a new roof on.

Wow! What a great job from the initial quote, to the communication, and the quality of work. I received 5 quotes for the job and Tony's quote was the most detailed and least expensive. I went with IDEAL ROOFING because I felt that if Tony offered that much attention to detail in the quote - he would do the same for the roof replacement. He was timely and just EXCELLENT to work with. I can't say enough - just hire them.

Did great work on my roof with very reasonable pricing. They came in, no hard sell, and gave me a fair estimate on stripping the shingles, replacing any boards that needed it, and new shingles. Got the roof done in a day and did an awesome job.
