The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
The only one or two-star review we hold for IBC Corporation.

Actually they did a complete roof replacement 7 years ago as well as vent fans installed in the attic. We now have a leak and multiple areas where shingles are curling. There is a section over the garage that never laid flat during colder temps and then would flatten as it heated up. I had them back to look at that and was told it was normal as well as vent fans that had humidity and temperature control, yet ran constantly, even at 40 degrees. They changed out one but would not come back when I told them there was no change. Now they tell me they no longer do residential roof repair. Again, it’s only been 7 yrs. So, I definitely would not hire them for commercial properties. They don’t want to stand behind their work, knowing how hard it is to get anyone to do just a repair.

IBC now State Construction did an excellent, professional job on my roof, May 2021. They also reroofed the garage in the fall of 2020.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on IBC Corporation. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
