  working with hre/max roofing was an excellent experience from start to finish. jared completed a detailed roof inspection, explained the condition of the shingles and flashing in simple terms, and gave honest recommendations with a few clear repair and replacement options so we could choose what fit our home best. the pricing was fair and competitive, and the whole roofing crew was hardworking, efficient, and very organized. they protected the property during the job, stayed on schedule, and left the cleanup spotless when the roof work was done. because everything went so well, we also asked for help with a recurring water leak at our daughter's house in union city. derek took the time to inspect the problem carefully, identify the source of the leak, and provide a straightforward assessment without any pressure. it was clear they cared about doing quality roofing work and giving practical advice. we were very grateful for the professionalism, skill, and honesty throughout the entire process, and we highly recommend them.

  After a long stretch of heavy rain, I found a leak and worried it was the whole roof. Jared came out, checked everything carefully, and explained that the issue was with a roof vent, not the full roofing system. He really put me at ease and clearly walked me through the repair process and what needed to be done next. While I was at work, Frederick and Roger arrived as scheduled and replaced the vent with quality workmanship. They worked fast, were very thorough, and cleaned up all debris from the repair. I also appreciated that there were no surprise charges or last-minute add-ons, which made the whole roofing service experience much less stressful. From the inspection to the completed repair, the team was professional, honest, and easy to work with. They improved the vent area and made sure everything was properly sealed and secure for future storms and seasonal weather. What started as a stressful roof leak turned into a very positive experience, and I definitely plan to have them return for routine roof maintenance and yearly vent inspections.

  Hre/max Roofing did great work on my home. hal and his crew had installed windows before, and that job went smoothly, so after storm damage affected our roofline and exterior, we called again for help. jared came out, looked everything over, explained the estimate clearly, and got the new gutters installed fast. roger in the office was also very helpful, easy to talk to, and made the whole process simple. The crew was efficient, affordable, and did quality roofing and gutter work that really improved the house. i felt comfortable through each step, and the communication was strong from start to finish.   We used this roofing company for a metal roof installation and later had them put on new gutters. The workmanship was excellent, the service was top notch, and the office team was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. After the roof was finished, Frederick came back out to check in, introduce himself, and make sure we were fully happy with the completed roofing work. We truly could not be more pleased with every part of the experience, from scheduling and communication to the final cleanup. The roof looks great, the gutters work well, and everything was handled with care. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would.
