  i still can’t believe there’s a company that really follows through on what they promise. Chavez & Sons Roofing & Construction handled our church roof project in Jersey City, where we had major rot, active leaks, and the steeple needed to be taken down safely before the new roofing work could move forward. Working with Joe throughout the job was a great experience because the communication was very fast and clear. He kept us updated on the roofing process, scheduling, and what to expect next. They also coordinated the crane and the rest of the crew so everything was ready on time, which helped the whole project stay on track. I have never seen so many hard-working people put in such long hours to finish a roofing job the right way. the roofers were outstanding and stayed with it until everything was completed. Russell and Manuel were both very helpful, professional, and focused on quality workmanship from start to finish. When the crew finished, the property was extremely clean. there were no nails left behind, no trash, and no sign of the big construction work that had just happened. The project manager stayed on top of every detail, and that gave us a lot of confidence during a large church roofing repair like this. We picked them because their reputation stood out compared with several other estimates, and we are very glad we did. if you are looking for a reliable roofing contractor for church roof repair, roof replacement, or leak issues in Jersey City, this is a company worth checking out. We are very pleased with the results.

  Chavez & Sons Roofing & Construction did a terrific job on our roof replacement in Jersey City. manuel and the crew showed up on time each day, stayed focused, and treated our home with real care. They worked efficiently like a well organized roofing team, removing the old shingles and hauling away debris while keeping the yard protected with tarps around the grass and landscaping. At the end of every day, the area around the house was left clean and tidy, which made the whole project much easier on our family. The whole experience was smooth and stress free from start to finish. The crew paid close attention to detail, and after the installation they even walked the property with a metal detector to make sure no nails or roofing debris were left behind. In less than a week, we had a beautiful new metal roof at a fair price. i highly recommend their roofing services because the workmanship, cleanup, and communication were all excellent, and we are very happy with the final result after the rain cleared up.

  Emmanuel is by far one of the best roofers we have worked with. He really sets a high standard for customer service. When he first came to our home to give us an estimate for a foam roofing job, he took plenty of time with my husband and me to help figure out some leak issues that were not fully related to the roof. He went out of his way to explain what might be causing the problem, recommended the right materials, and told us where we could buy them ourselves. The estimate for the foam roof was fair and competitive, the roofing work was scheduled on time, and the crew arrived when promised. They finished the job well, and we were very satisfied with the results. More recently, we called about the tile roof area over our entry in Jersey City. Emmanuel came out to inspect it and let us know the roof might not actually be the source of the issue. Instead of pushing an unnecessary roofing repair, he gave us some sealant and even helped my husband seal a few wood beams that could have been letting moisture in. We really appreciated the honesty, knowledge, and willingness to help. If we do need tile repair or a full roof replacement, we will absolutely use them again.

  i hired chavez & sons roofing & construction for two roofing jobs. one was on an older cape-style home with a pop-out roof section that had a very low 3-pitch slope. the crew did the work the right way with no shortcuts, proper flashing, and a standing seam metal roof system. after the installation, there was some water getting in near the peak during windy rain, but emmanuel came out quickly, found that wind-driven rain was entering through the ridge vent because of the low-slope roof design, and fixed it fast. i really appreciated how they stood behind their roofing work and workmanship. on low-slope and metal roof projects, details like flashing, ridge vent protection, and proper installation matter a lot, and they clearly understand that. i would recommend them because they were responsive, professional, and made sure the roof issue was fully solved instead of ignoring it. when roofing contractors cut corners, problems show up fast, but that was not the case here.

  Great experience with this roofing crew. everything was handled professionally, the job site stayed clean, and the roof work was finished very quickly. communication was a breeze, and i was always able to reach someone whenever i had a question about the shingles, materials, or the installation process. they brought plenty of samples for me and my wife to review, which made it much easier to choose the right look for our home. they did not cut corners at all. the team removed every old nail from the previous roof instead of just laying new shingles over problem spots, and they explained that leftover nails can cause leaks later. that extra care gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. the whole process felt honest, organized, and done the right way. overall, an a++ roofing experience and highly recommended.
