Met with Joe from Roof 4 Roof for a home roof inspection. Joe was very professional and friendly. Joe was thorough and detailed during the roof inspection. He explained that the roof was a combination of shingled and flat roofs. Complete, comprehensive and in-depth roof inspection report with photos was provided. Definitely, would go with Roof 4 Roof on any roof and outer elements of the house. Excellent!

Mrs. Djakov, Joe Arminio here! Thank you so much for the detailed review and the high recommendation. It was an absolute pleasure meeting with you to conduct the roof inspection for the property over in Bayonne, NJ. At Roof4Roof, our strategy is always to examine the entire property rather than just glancing at what is visible from the driveway. As you 've mentioned, that specific property featured a combination of an architectural shingle roof and a flat roof system, that's why diagnosing the transitions, flashing, and integration points was critical to protecting the whole structure. Providing a highly detailed inspection report is our standard baseline for ensuring full property protection and complete buyer education before any commitments are made. Elizabeth, while I know the situation shifted with this house and that specific purchase isn't moving forward, I am incredibly grateful for your trust in our diagnostic process. We are wishing you a smooth, stress-free closing on the new property you are currently acquiring! Once your closing is finalized and you are moved in, we stand ready to serve as your dedicated exterior diagnostic contractor to check the roof, gutters, siding, or any outer elements of your new home. For anyone in New Jersey currently navigating a real estate closing this season, always ensure your inspection reports clearly differentiate how your main roof transitions into secondary zones like a flat roof, a chimney, or a lower gutter line. Water entry most frequently occurs at these mixed-material junctions. Having a documented inspection with clear photo evidence before you close gives you the precise leverage and clarity you need to secure your investment.

Their roofing crew saved me from what could have been a huge mess in my ceiling. Thanks Chuck!
Reply from the business
Good afternoon Robert – It’s Chuck Anania here! I’m so glad we could get there in time!. "Saving your ceiling from a huge mess" is exactly why my team at Roof4Roof, NJ roofing company and I do what we do. When it comes to a high-quality roofing system, timing is everything. Most people don't realize that a small leak isn't just about the shingles; it’s often a failure in the flashing or the underlayment beneath the surface. That’s where our "Apples to Oranges" comparison really comes into play (www.roof4roof.com/company-comparison/)—while some guys just slap on a patch, we make sure the structural integrity of your roof is solid so you don't have to worry the next time a New Jersey storm rolls through. Robert, since it is now March, we are entering the "Spring Thaw" phase. This is the most critical time to check your gutter system and downspouts. All that winter ice and debris can block your drainage, causing melting snow to back up under your architectural shingles. Take a quick walk around your property today; if you see water "sheeting" over the sides of the gutters instead of flowing through the downspout, just give me a call at 973.262.0467

We can conduct a quick, complimentary check-up to look for any shifting, minor damage, or debris left behind by heavy snow or harsh winter storms. This proactive, post-winter inspection is the best way to guarantee your beautiful new roof performs perfectly for decades to come!

Our HOA needed roof maintenance due to wear and tear and water leakage. Ray and team were super informative about the work needed. They were very communicative about scheduling and the team performed the work wonderfully. The final inspection was very clear and answered all of my questions. I’m so glad we chose Roof4Roof!

Hey Mario, this is Ray, and I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us! 🙏 It was a genuine pleasure working with you and your HOA to address the wear and tear and water leakage affecting your property. For commercial and HOA clients here in North and Central NJ, ensuring clear, consistent communication is just as important as the quality of the repair itself. I'm thrilled to read that the team was super informative and that the final inspection left all your questions answered. Trust and transparency are non-negotiable for Roof4Roof, especially on projects requiring HOA roof maintenance and significant roof damage repair across the state. We’re so glad you chose Roof4Roof! Mario, for properties like yours, managing water leaks is an ongoing priority. The key to keeping them always under control is a proactive approach, not just reactive repairs. Here's my Pro Tip: To preempt leaks and protect your investment, it is critically important to schedule at least a semiannual (twice-yearly) comprehensive inspection of the entire building envelope. This inspection should cover: - The Roof: Beyond visible damage, check around penetrations (vents, skylights, pipes) and flashings for micro-cracks or separation. - The Exterior: Look for damaged siding, deteriorating mortar joints on chimneys, and ensure gutters are clean and draining properly away from the building. - The Interior (Especially Attic/Top Floor): Look for subtle signs of moisture like rust stains on nails, damp insulation, or mold spots. These are often the first indicators of a leak long before it damages the ceiling below. By scheduling this consistent, thorough check-up—ideally once in the spring and once in the fall—you catch minor issues when they are still affordable to fix, ensuring your building stays leak-free and structurally sound year-round. Thanks again for your business! Best regards, Ray from Roof4Roof

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Roof4Roof. It was a true privilege to work on your property lately. We're dedicated to bringing professionalism and efficiency to every project, and we're so pleased that we completed your roof and siding in such a timely manner! Knowing that you would recommend us to others is the greatest compliment we can receive and reinforces our commitment to being the top-rated local NJ roofing and siding expert serving communities across the state. With your recent roof inspection, gutter cleaning, and new installations, your property is now prepared to welcome and withstand New Jersey winter weather! To help you keep your roof, gutters, and adjacent systems performing this winter, here are a few sharp tips from your trusted roofing experts: - Gutter Flow Check: Even with a recent cleaning, take a final look at your downspouts. Ensure the water is draining away from your foundation - Chimney Cap Inspection: Before you fire up the fireplace, look for any missing pieces or cracks on your chimney cap and crown. - Attic Ventilation Check (Post-Snow): On a cold, sunny day after a fresh snowfall, look at your roof. If you see patches of snow melting much faster than the rest of the roof, it often indicates poor attic ventilation or insulation issues. It's been a pleasure. Thank you again for choosing Roof4Roof! We’re here whenever you need us.

That's fantastic to read, Justin! We, at Roof4Roof, are thrilled that the work immediately made a difference by enhancing your property's look. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your recommendation with your loved ones. That is the highest compliment we can receive! Here is a very valuable Tip from one of our Pros to make sure your new building improvements are protected against the upcoming NJ winter - follow these suggestions for long-term care: Immediate Winterizing Tip: The single most critical step is ensuring clear drainage. Ice dams and frozen gutters are the biggest winter threat to a new building envelope. Keep Drains Always Flowing: Inspect all gutters, scuppers, and downspouts one more time after all the fall leaves have dropped. Even a small handful of damp leaves can freeze solid and block the path for melting snow, forcing water back up under your new roof or behind your facade. A clear drain is the best defense against leaks and ice damage. Proactive Protection: The Quarterly Maintenance Plan While we guarantee our work, the best way to keep that Roof4Roof protection performing at its peak is with our structured preventative care. We highly recommend enrolling in our Quarterly Maintenance Plan Subscription. The Benefits of a Quarterly Check-up: 1. Regular inspections provide documented proof of maintenance, which is often required to keep your building material warranties valid. 2. Cost Savings: We catch minor issues (like a small seam crack or loose sealant) before they turn into costly, emergency leaks, saving you thousands on reactive repairs. 3. Peak Performance: Ensures all new sealant joints, flashing, and membrane integrity are tested and performing optimally against seasonal changes, guaranteeing your Roof4Roof investment lasts its full lifespan. 4. Clear Drainage Guarantee: At least four times a year, we ensure your entire roof drainage system—gutters, scuppers, and internal drains—are completely clear of debris. 5. Priori

> “Erik and his team are extremely professional and helpful. They explained the entire process clearly and restored my roof to a like-new condition. I’m completely satisfied with their service.”
Reply from the business
Sajjad, our team appreciates you so much for taking the time to share this five-star feedback! We are absolutely thrilled to know that our teams exceeded your expectations! You made an excellent long-term decision by choosing roof restoration. Unlike a costly and disruptive full replacement, restoration offers several key advantages: 1.It typically costs significantly less than replacement, providing a high-performance solution at a fraction of the cost. 2. Restoration applies a seamless, protective coating that renews your existing roof structure, effectively extending its life for many years. 3. By avoiding replacement, you prevent old materials from going to the landfill, making this an environmentally responsible choice. 4. The new coating provides a highly reflective surface, which can reduce heat absorption and significantly improve your property's energy efficiency. To help ensure your restored roof continues to perform optimally, here are a few simple, property owner maintenance tasks you can perform twice a year: Keep Gutters Clear - Ensure all gutters and downspouts are free of leaves, twigs, and debris. Perform Visual Checks - Look for any debris buildup, especially near vents, HVAC units, or chimneys. Monitor for Ponding - After a rain shower, if you notice water consistently pooling in one spot for more than 48 hours, give us a call! By keeping up with these easy maintenance checkups, you will maximize the longevity and protective performance of the roof restoration work Erik’s team completed. Sajjad, thank you again for your business and this nice review!

Roof4roof came to fix an issue I was having after birds nested in my gutters. I had NJ Roofing do the work and Roof4roof were the ones I worked with to remedy the situation. Peter was very helpful on the phone. They came and fixed the issue right away and Edison went the extra mile to prevent the issue from happening on all the corners of my gutters.
